We turn a page
And forget our past
We live through the memories
That we lived yesterday.
We try to refrain ourselves from living
When others have it so bad
You look at your life and think
It wasn't so bad
Turn back the page
and remember those lost times
Dont regret those mistakes
Or the choices you made
Its not like you can change them anyway
So you may as well live with them.
The guilt and the sadness
The love and the pain
Its not like it matters in the end
Because we all end up in the same place
In the dirt or in the sky
Because eventually we all die.
