Requested by @obbaproblems since your requested angst I decided to do the hanahaki disease! Hope you like it and I may do a part 2!

Hanahaki Disease: The Hanahaki Disease is an illness born from one-sided love, where the patient throws up and coughs flower petals when they suffer from one-sided love. The infection could be removed by surgery, but the feelings disappear along with the petals. It can be cured without side effects only when the feelings are returned.

Bakugou Katsuki the scariest hotheaded boy you have ever seen. Just by looking at him people instantly don't want to be near him. But you, you weren't like many people, you liked Bakugou a lot. You were way too shy to even approach him so you stayed in the shadows admiring him. 

You admired his determination to be the number 1 hero and how hard he works. Usually, you'd think guys like him would be at the bottom of the class academic wise, but he was placed third in the class. Your best friend Kendou from class 1-B knew about your little crush and pushed you to go talk to him, but you couldn't do it, your shyness got in the way. You were pretty loved in the class by your cute dandere personality so that helped boost up your confidence a little. But sadly not enough. 

Today Aizawa Sensei surprised everyone with a pop TEST! Everyone was freaking out and even Momo was a bit too. You were a bit nervous but last night you reviewed your notes so you were good to go! After the tests were done and handed back you saw your score and your eyes went wide. 

100/100! 

"The person who scored highest was, (L/N)," Aizawa said in his usual uninterested voice. Everybody cheered for you and you were so happy, this boosted up your confidence by a lot. After telling your achievement to Kendou, she pushed you to confess your feelings to Bakugou. Usually, you would get flustered and stutter a no, but today you raised your chin up high and said yes. Shocked she smiled back and cheered you on.

After school, you planned to confess your feelings to Bakugou before he left to go home for the day. As you went out looking for him you finally found him pulling Uraraka behind the school, you decided to follow. As you hid behind the corner of the wall you listened to their conversation. 

"What is it Bakugou San?" Uraraka asked. 

"I like you, idiot!" Bakugou clenched his teeth out of embarrassment and looked the other way. Uraraka's face exploded into a flurry of red. 

"I-I like you too B-bakugou san..." She said all shy like. 

Your heart throbbed and your chest tightened and this new suffocating feeling emerged in your throat. You could feel something travel up your throat, your first thought was that you were going to puke, so you quickly ran to a garbage can and made sure no one was there to see. 

Flower petals and a bit of blood erupted from your mouth as you violently coughed. More tears rolled down your cheeks as more petals kept coming out. 

'No this can't be happening!' You freaked out in your mind. 

'Petals and unrequited love means.... hanahaki....' You got to your knees and sobbed more, the pain not leaving you in the slightest. More and more tears rolled down your face as your vision blurred. 

"W-Why... Me?.." You whispered out as you trembled.
