Amanda's POV
"WAKE UP SISTER!". I woke up in shock. Doing so, I fell out of my bed and landed on my back. "Yay! Your awake finally. Come on! I didn't see my little sis go to her first day of high school. So how was it? Did you make friends? How are your classes? YOU DIDN'T TALK TO ANY BOYS DID YOU!?" My brother Sam yelled. "First, yes it was good. Second, I did make friends. Third, my classes are great. Forth, yes only two." I said. "Ok only two that's good." Sam said with a smile. My brother Sam as always protected me. When my Dad died, he need to protect me and act like the man of the house. He hates it when I talk to boys. He says that I don't need a man any time soon. He wants me to enjoy the "single pringle" life as long as I can. "Well I need to head out. See you later panda" he said giving me a hug. I keep forgetting that he calls me that. "Well now I that I'm up I might as well get dressed"

I was in my homeroom talking to Katy and then she asked me about the clubs. "I don't know which clubs I should join actually. If there is a music and art club then I will join both of them on the spot" I said."Well, I don't care what I join as long as I like it." Katy said. "Do you know what sport your doing?" I ask her. "I'm going to join the softball team." Katy said with a determined face. "That reminds me Naomi is doing softball too." I said to her. "Oh I know her. We have science together. Her friend Nia is really nice too." She said. We kept talking about it and she said that tryouts were today. I was going to do volleyball. Then we went to our seats and class began.
