~The Next Day~
Amanda's POV
I was going to lunch when I saw a guy peeking out around the corner looking at someone. I walked past the person to see who they were looking at. Low and behold it was Shawn. I then thought that this guy is scared to talk to him. So, I ran to the same place I was before and then walked behind the guy. I tapped him very lightly and he turned and jumped. "Omj! You scared me!" He said. "I'm sorry. I just saw you were looking at that guy over there." I said. "Oh. Yeah... I forgot that people could see me..." he said rubbing his neck. "Oh I forgot. My name is Amanda!" I said with a smile. "My name Jacques!" He said with a smile. "So you where looking at him?" I said pointing to Shawn. "Yeah. I saw him in one of my classes and thought that he was really cool. The thing is I don't know anything about him." He said. "Well how about we go talk to him. I'll introduce you!" I said excited. I grabbed him by the hand and made my way to Shawn. "Shawn!" I yelled. He looked back and smiled. "Hey Amanda! Who's your friend?" He asked. "This is my friend Jacques. I'm introducing him to all my friends!" I lied. "Nice to meet you Jacques! My name is Shawn." He said introducing himself. "H-H-Hi...." he stuttered. The bell then stated to ring. "Sorry guys I got to go to class. Nice to meet you!" Shawn said running to his next clas. "See wasn't that ok?" I asked. "Yeah it was nice." He answered. "Jacques!" Someone yelled. Jason came and saw me and Jacques talking. "Why are you talking to the weirdo?" He insulted. "Hey! I was just showing him my friend. Jeez." I said back. "Whatever. Come on Jacques." He said. He grabbed him by the arm and pulled him away. "It was very nice meeting you!" Jacques said. I smiled and waved goodbye.
Jason's POV
After Amanda was out of view, I let go of Jacques. "So I'm going to assume that is the girl you were talking about on Saturday." Jacques said with a smirk. "Yes that's her." I replied. "She's pretty cute." He said. "Ew. She's weird and annoying." I complained. "Dude she's perfect for you!" Jacques said. "Ugh! I hate it when people say that." I muttered under my breath. "Jacques, I'm going to go to the roof. There's something I left up there when I was eating lunch." I told him. "Ok! I'll see you in class then!" He said. I went on the rooftop to go vent. "OMJ I hate it when people ask that." I said.
