Jason's POV
"I'm home!" I yelled. "Jason! Come in the living room!" My mom yelled. I walk down the hallway thinking to myself. What is it this time? I walk in the living room to see my cousin sitting on the couch. "Jason!" He said. "Oh! Hey Jacques!" I said. We do our long hand shake and then hug each other. Jacques is my favorite cousin in my whole family. He is always there for me and acts like a brother to me. "Jacques what are you doing here! I haven't seen you in so long!" I said. "Jacques is going to be living with us! His parents on a very long business trip and needed him to stay with us." My mom said. "Awesome!" I said. "He will be sleeping in the same room with you and will also be going to the same high school as you." My father said. "This is going to be awesome! I can't wait to actually go to a real high school!" Jacques said with excitement. Jacques never went to an actual high school. He was always home schooled so he never has been to one. The good thing is that he is going to be in the same grade as me so we're cool. "Come on Jacques let's go to my room." I said with a smile.
TIME SKIP BROUGHT TO YOU BY THAT WONDERFUL SONG!!!
Jason's POV (still)
"Jason why did you come so late?" Jacques asked. "I was doing a project with a girl." I said. He pulls down his glasses and smirks. "Ohhh. Hehehe. What kind of project?" He says weirdly. "N-NOT T-T-THAT KIND OF PROJECT!" I say blushing 50 shades of red. "Seriously though, what was it for?" He said. "It's a project for class." I answered. "Now here's another question... who's the girl?" He asked. "Her name is Amanda Redding. She has long blonde hair, hazel eyes, and is pretty short. If your going to ask if I like her the answer is no." I told him. "Dang it. I thought you were actually going to get a girlfriend!" He said. "Why would I want a girlfriend?" I asked. "Dude! So many girls have wanted to date you and yet you reject all of them." Jacques said. "That's because I don't want a girlfriend! Girls are just... ew." I said. "You sound like a five year old. Just get a girlfriend already!" Jacques yelled. "Hey! I wouldn't be talking! You're telling me to get one when you don't have one yourself!" I yelled back. "If a girl did ask me out I would need to get to know her more. So I'd probably l say no. Plus no one has ever liked me. And I haven't liked anyone." Jacques said. (BABY CHILD! DON'T PUT YOURSELF DOWN!!!) "Awww it's ok" I said. "Boys! Time for dinner!" My mom yelled. "Coming!" I yelled back.
