DB:NA Ch4

Chapter 4 The First Test

Last time on Dragon Ball New Age . Our heroes were faced with their own walls standing in the way of their goal to reach the Tower. It was even Goden who was faced with his father. Now that all the Heroes have reached their destination it is time that they face their first test.

" So..What..Now.?" Gasped Goden still trying to get his breathing back to normal.

"Hey buddy. " Chard walked by Goden putting his arm around him in a good gesture trying to make sure Goden was alright. "Do you need some water or something? I think I got a bottle of water in my Hovercraft. " Chard then walked to his hovercraft. Digging in the mess that he had in the credit he finally found what he needed to replenish Goden.

In a quick motion Goden took the water bottle out of Chard's hand. Took the top off and chugged the whole thing.

"Hey Hey not so fast your gonna choke." Warned Chard.

" No I won't. " said Goden, as he tried to prove Chard wrong.

To Chard's prediction Goden did so.

"Hey I warned you." Laughed Chard, due to Goden being proved wrong.

"Looks like Goden found himself a new buddy. " Karnip nudged Garon.

" Hmph! " Growled Garon, as he turned around facing his back towards Goden.

" So I guess were not in speaking terms with him at the moment. " said Karnip as he rubbed his head realizing that he shouldn't of said anything.

" I will say this though. "responded back Garon, glaring at Goden. " Goden might of been masters favorite ,but here he was no one saving him from any trouble."

" Well said. " Said Kale as he walked near Karnip and Garon. " Unless Goden changes his act then he would probably last here at least a month if not then a week." Chuckled Kale.

" It even seems that you can't seem to stop tormenting your brother even out here far away from the acedemy. " Added Garon.

" Ha c'mon you guys," said Karnip, trying to defend Goden. Mostly because Goden and Karnip had been long time freinds. " Goden is a good guy, he knows that this is a good opportunity for him to become stronger than he is already. " Said Karnip, walking and talking. Not knowing his surroundings Karnip walked back into Tora.

"You little! " Yelled Tora furiously. Tora grabbed Karnip by his shirts collar. Tora grabbing Karnip made Garon and Kale aware that their freinds was in trouble.

Garon ran toward his freind, trying to defend him." Hey you! Let him go!" Yelled out Garon.

Knowing that he was in a dangerous situation Karnip tried to do everything to get himself free from Tora's grip. " Hey I'm sorry freind! " Said Karnip, as kicked in the air.

Running toward Tora to let his freinds go, Garon put his hands on Tora.

" You too." Not wanting anyone to interrupt his discussion with Karnip. Tora simply just elbowed Garon in the gut causing him to loose his balance.

Trying to get himself up, Garon had only one thing left to say. " I suggest you listen to him." Garon groaned to the pain.

Kale came to Garon's defense. Putting him self in a fighters position, readying himself for a fight.

"Hmph" Tora let Karnip go. He threw Karnip towards Garon. " Hahaha! Thats a perfect picture the pathetic fighter featuring the midget. "

Kale was still in his stance not letting himself be defeated by a stranger he had just met.
