9-The shock therapy

"Hey look, I am here to get us out of here. I know that we are not mad but we have been made mad. He is my boyfriend, who is here to help us out." said Laura. She opened the lock of the door with the help of the pointed edge of knife.

Affleck felt relaxed that Laura was not really mad. But when he saw the dead bodies of the staff, he asked in terror,"Did you poisoned them?" Laura said,"Oh, they. No, they are just unconcious for sometime. And we have that sometime to get out of here.Quick, hurry, we don't have much time."

All three of them crossed the passage. The boyfriend of Laura aka the wardboy, had all the keys. He had turned off all the security cameras. Affleck was just thinking that how could he so easily get out of this asylum?

Suddenly, three gaurds blocked their passage. They had electric sticks in their hands. Affleck knew either it is the time to fight, or to go back to the same old asylum. He decided that first option was better. They all tried to fight, but the electric shocks of the guards made them to end their fights very soon. Laura became unconcious and Affleck was taken back to the asylum. The guards gave him anasthesia and Affleck felt dizzy. He fall on the ground and did not remember what happened after that.

Suddenly, Affleck's mind began to show him some of his memories of his past. He remembered being fired from his job. He was very much distressed as he had no money and her wife was pregnant. What??? Preganant!!!

Oh yesss... He recalled that his wife was pregnant for 5 months. She was very much weak as she had not taken proper food. Affleck did not had money to buy her medicines. He was very much stressed and did not know what to do. So he went to his friend John's house for help. John was very much glad to see him first. He welcomed him to come in his house.

After a few talks of weather and politics, Affleck came to the point. He started feeling nervous and developed a kind of fear in him. But suddenly, he remembered his wife and his yet to be born child. So he said with a heavy voice," John.. I needed some.... I mean my wife..... She is pregnant and I needed some money to buy her......."

Now Affleck was not able to recall what happened after that. He did not know if John helped him or not.

When Affleck woke up, he found himself surrounded by some machines. Dr. John was there, who said," Affleck, now it is too much. You both have made the biggest mistake. You should have believed me. Now I am bound to take some harsh steps."

Affleck soon realised that he was to be given shock therapy. He tried to say something but his mouth was strapped with a tape. He was thinking about Laura and his boyfriend.They might have been given the same therapy. He was still confused if he was really mad. Suddenly,an electric shock was passed in his body three times before he again went unconcious.
