A/N: IF YOU HAVEN'T SEEN LOVE, SIMON YET, PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS. THERE ARE SPOILERS AHEAD!! BLUE IS REVEALED, MOVIE DETAILS ARE SHARED, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE READ AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!

"Hey idiot, wanna go see that new movie that just came out?" They had just finished filming an episode for Buzzfeed Unsolved when Ryan asked Shane this with a huge smile.

"Which one is it again? Love, Simon? It looks good so sure." Shane began to collect his things as Ryan's grin grew. Little does Shane know, Ryan has got a lot planned for this movie outing.

They quickly grabbed their coats and headed out to Ryan's car. They wasted no time in getting in, buckling up, and starting on the somewhat short journey to the movie theater. The next time the movie was supposed to be showing is at three, and they only have ten minutes to get there, luckily traffic is light for a Monday afternoon.

After speeding only slightly, they got parked near the door of the theater and bolted out of the car to get their tickets. "Two tickets to Love, Simon please." Ryan said confidently with a radiating smile.

As Ryan was getting their tickets, Shane had traveled to the other cashier to get the snacks. "Uh, one large popcorn, two of the regular m&ms, and two large drinks please."

By the time both were finished getting what was needed, they finally took their seats in the most uncomfortable theater room of the whole building, theater room four. It's rumored to be the most disgusting room in the entire town, but that's only because it's used for horny teenagers during closed hours. Ignoring that disgusting fact, they happily sat in the back waiting for the previews to be over with.

Shortly after the final preview had shone, there was a message before the movie started, just the normal boring pick up your trash blah blah blah. With that out of the way, the film was rolling. Neither knowing what to expect, but both knew something was going to change between them.

Fifteen minutes into the movie, Ryan leaned closer to Shane. "So who do you think Blue is?" He asked with a whisper, not taking his eyes off of the big screen.

"I read the book, I know who it is." Shane whispered back to a flabbergasted Ryan. Who would've thought that Shane read the book? Or reads in general?

Ryan, too shocked to say anything, stayed leaning close to Shane. He was tempted to cuddle into the giant's side, but he'd never admit that to anyone.

Although, Shane is warm and the theater is so cold- no, that would be overstepping it. Besides, I don't even know if he likes me like that.

As Ryan lost himself in his thoughts, Shane took the opportunity to 'stretch' and conveniently place his arm around the Boogara, pulling him closer. Neither said anything for the rest of the movie, nor did they attempt to move from each other's embrace.

Too soon did the movie end, and it's with a heavy heart to say that the friends were disappointed at how quickly time had passed. "That was a good one, yeah? What was your favorite part?" Ryan asked as they began walking back to the car.

"It was okay. My favorite part would have to be all the aimless flirting Bram and Simon did. I'm happy that they ended up together." Shane said with a smile so wide you'd think it'd hurt.

"That was cute, but my favorite part was at the very end. Just when you think Blue isn't going to show up and then BOOM! Bram in the house. It's an adorable love story." Ryan responded, his eyes lit up like a Ferris Wheel at night.

"We could have an adorable love story..." Shane mumbled quietly, he wasn't sure if Ryan had heard him.

"We could. And we should." A grin plastered both of their faces. Not knowing what to do or say next, they went for it. A simple yet passionate kiss.

The moment never faded, but the kiss sadly ended. "Date. You, me, Friday night at eight o'clock. I'll pick you up at your house. So do we have a date?" Ryan went from confident to shy in under two seconds.

Shane chuckled and linked his hand with Ryan's. "It's a date." He said and gave the shorter a kiss on the cheek.

Ryan drove Shane back to his parked car at their work office. With a quick peck on the lips goodbye, both were parted for the rest of the evening. They weren't upset because of this, in fact they were both quite happy with how the day went. Shane didn't expect to hear from Ryan anymore for the rest of the day, but lo and behold, the Boogara texted him.

Thanks for watching the movie with me, I had a fun time. Also, I'm really looking forward to our date Friday. Have a wonderful evening, Shane.

Love, Ryan
