matt sat in the recording room; he was alone. his mind was flooded with so many thoughts that he wished would just disappear. he should be home, or at the mall, or just anywhere that would make him forget about his confusing thoughts. his thoughts screamed at him, "who do you like?! you can only choose one!" and it made him annoyed. he wanted to scream back at them, "shut up!!" but if he did that out loud he'd seem insane.
"matt?" it was ryan, of course he was looking for him.
"hm..?" matt turned around, looking at his best friend with tired eyes.
"whatcha doin'?"
"nothing."
"you wanna do somethin'?" ryan moved over to matt and slid onto the couch.
matt nodded. "honestly, yes."
"good, it is our day off anyways." ryan smiled and sat up, sticking his hand out. matt was hesitant at first, deciding whether or not he should take his friends hand, but in the end he smiled and took it; then stood up next to ryan.
"where should we go?" matt asked, walking out of the recording room with ryan.
"target?" ryan replied.
"hell yes."
the two said goodbye to everyone who was still in the office and they headed towards ryan's car. made a good ol' trip to target could clear matt's mind.
