Party pooper

With Red's deposit in hand. All Kye could think of was reengross in his party plans. He had time until this afternoon after he texted his friends to come over at eight.

He walks in the house and finds Red watching a show on tv.

"Hey Rudolph". Kye grins as he plops down the couch slightly bouncing Red from her comfortable position. "What's the show?"

"What the hell are you calling me rudolph for?", she narrows her eyes at him. She's a little grumpy as we can see.

"Isn't he that moose that Santa rides? You know the one that has a red nose and he guides santa to places". He pauses for a second then his face gets confused again. "Or was that Bambi?". He squints his eyes like he was trying real hard to remember that Rudolph was really a moose named Bambi.

A MOOSE for Gods sake.

Red was trying to make out hints that maybe he was joking but he looked really serious.

"And you think you can call me that?"

Kye looks at her puzzled at why she was acting irritated. Then his face lights up."Oh that was Bambi"

She rolls her eyes at him. "Ugh"

"Did you just moan?". Kye had this maniac grin on his face. He was having fun making fun of Red right now.

"You are such a douchebag". Red slams the remote on his chest so he groans a little. Then she stands up and goes to the kitchen.

Red finds plastic bags and paper bags and they were full of food... and beer.

Does he drink this much? He had more than 10 six packs and it was scattered along the kitchen floor.

She found a VCut inside one of the paper bags and diet coke. So she grabs them and walks to the backdoor.

She stops midway when someone calls her. "Hey did you just take that from my stuff?" It was Kye of course.

She looks at him like he was wasting his time. "I think I just did". Then she walks outside for real.

Kye just watches her walk nonchalantly out of the house and he could see her sitting on the swing in the backyard.

Is she a caveman? She just takes food without asking.

He was staring at her when she turns to the window where he was looking at. Then she glares at him and turns her head to the other side, twisting her body abruptly on purpose, away from him.

Nutso. Kye shakes his head then begins to organize stuff. It clearly made no difference since all he did was rip packs of chips and put them in huge bowls. He even just threw the six pack beer in the cooler without taking them off from the holders.

Afterall, this was a party anyway.

Nine PM.

Red was indulging in her music- making with huge earphones hanging from her head. Not one time since 2 hours ago that she got in the room has Kye barged in like he usually did for the past week.

She takes her earphones down and surprised at how loud the music was. She tried ignoring at first thinking maybe Kye was just going crazy.

She put her earphones back on and went back to playing music. But this time, there was another sound that she was sure was not coming from her earphones.

Really. Is he deaf that he can't hear how loud his music is or did he turn blind that he can't find the volume to turn it down.

She let out a groan when the really loud music annoyed her. By the time she opens the door, the music was even louder. It was even playing stupid pop songs.

She furrows her eyebrows while she walked down the stairs, only to find people in the living room and some others on the music player. So it wasn't Kye.

She approaches the amplifiers in the living room and turns the music down audible again.

"Woah girl, don't do that". This guy without a shirt on says to her.She just looks at him with a glare then turns around.

By the time she does, the music was turned so loud again. Her head shot sideways looking pissed as she walked to the amplifier again. The guys eyes widened as she looked like she was going to jump at him. But instead she reaches for the cord and pulls it out of the socket.

Everyone looks at her as she was the reason why the music had stopped.

"Hey hey why did the music stop?" Kye popped out from the crowd and sees Red with the cord on her hand."Hey what are you doing?"

"You never told me you were gonna have a party"

Then someone from the crowd speaks. "Ooh someone's crashing the party for not getting invited".Everyone laughs and Red shoots a deadly glare to the guy like she was about to stab him with the cord she's holding.

Kye walks up to her and takes the cord from her hand. "Come with me". Then he tosses the cord back to the guy who was in front of the amplifier and as soon as that, music starts playing again.

Kye walks Red upstairs to her room.

"Why are you so grumpy?". He leans on the door when they got inside.

"Well Genius, the music was louder than anything audible in the whole world", she rolls her eyes.

"Well party pooper,you could have just looked for me and not manage to look like a doofus in front my visitors". There was a sickening grin in his face that says he won.

This happens to Red a lot. She does things before thinking about it.

There was a long silence in the room and it was getting awkward.

"Well if you can't hear your music feel free to join our party", he grins at her again and gets out of the room.
