The Prophecy

Bad Puffin..?

A couple days later they were set to leave, they had everything they needed for their long journey. All from weapons to food.

"Shot, can you tell Frags that I need to speak with him?" Kenworth asked while they packed all they needed. Shot nodded before walking over to his mentor and telling him just that. Frags stood up from packing in all weapons in a bag they had made.

The two males then walked a bit away so the others would not hear. The others watched them talk, first calmly until Frags began talking with bigger and bigger hand motions. It looked like he was quite angry with the older. Shot wished he could hear the conversation going on in front of him, but they were too far away.

"Can someone hear them?" Bajan questioned as everyone was concentrated on the two arguing a bit away.

"Kenworth told him something about Landon" Nooch replied calmly.

"What?"

"He knows where he is, well he did before Landon and his friends left their camp" Gen explained, looking at the burning fire before him as he threw in a stick.

"You know where the oracle is? Why didn't you tell us earlier?" Shot questioned, frowning.

"Kenny does, we don't. Besides, he told us that the three of them left their camp almost a month ago" Speedy told the rest.

When Kenworth and Frags got back from their discussion everyone was quick to get back to work, not wanting them to know that everyone was watching. The two didn't really say much at first, they just sat down and continued their work.

"We'll get you and two others to the castle" Frags told Shot quietly.

"What about the rest of you?"

"There are guards coming our direction, me and Kenworth heard them as we discussed earlier" he explained.

"If there's guards coming, why aren't we running?" Shot questioned, looking at the big group around him.

"If we run we'll get caught, they are surrounding us in a large circle, we'll have to fight" Frags explained before opening the weapon bag in front of him, taking out a diamond sword and handing it to the younger.

"How are we supposed to get to the castle then?"

"We'll distract them, you'll run" Frags promised before getting another diamond sword and a bow out of the bag as well. Get the bird and the cyborg and hide" Frags told him.

When the dark came over the camp the whole camp could hear the marching steps from the royal guard. Shot, Bionic and Doni were all hiding. Doni had turned himself to an owl and was sitting in a tree while watching over everything. The first thing he saw was a Puffin that flew towards the camp, then the guards came.

"Aatrixx" he breathed out before the bird went to attack to Sidearms. There was no questions that the bird was his cousin, but he didn't believe his eyes. His cousin was a good guy, he wouldn't get guards to the exact right place in the forest.

"Doni, let's go" Bionic whispered as the rest of the camp became a battlefield. Doni saw all of his new friends fighting bravely, some more skilled than he had thought. Then he noticed that the other two had started to sneak away from there, he flew after so he would not get lost.

While flying he thought about what he had witnessed, his cousin sided with the guards. Why? And how? It must be some sort of a joke. But he had seen it, he had seen the puffin attack Sidearms. He had seen it happen. It wasn't a joke.
