Ezra: It just came out of the blue. Your thoughts had gone back into the dark place and you couldn't take it. All the awful memories of your parents and childhood was enough to send you into a panic. One second you were sitting on the couch, the next you were struggling to breathe, hands over your ears. Your breaths were coming out in short intervals, and you were already beginning to feel light headed. Ezra came into the room, taking one look at your panicked face and taking bounding steps until he was in front of you. "(Y/N), look at me," he said sternly, taking your face in his hands. "Look at me," he repeated. Luckily he had learned what to do when this happened the first time. And he always knew how to calm you down pretty quick. "In and out babe. Look I'll do it with you." He looked into your teary eyes and began guiding you in a breathing exercise. "You're doing really good (Y/N), a couple more." The light headed feeling had gone away and thanks to Ezra, you had managed to control your breathing. "That's it, just like this. It's okay." He gave you a reassuring smile, coming to sit next to you. "We're okay. You're okay babe." Kissing your temple, he pulled you into him, continuing the relaxation process a little further.

Caleb: The dream was so vivid. Every horrific detail became evident to you when your eyes shot open. You looked around the dark bedroom, terrifying imagines flashing through your mind a million miles a minute. "Caleb?" you panicked, patting the other side of the bed to feel for his body. Your eyes were shot open, your heart pounding as you continued to put pressure on his body, trying to wake him up. "Caleb!" You exclaimed, finally switching on the light. That definitely got him to wake up. "(Y/N)?What the hell?" He opened his eyes, rubbing away the sleep and trying to get a grasp on the situation. The sound of your short breath gave it away, and before you knew it, he was sitting up straight, his full attention on you. "Hey hey what happened?" Caleb took you in his arms, starting to rock you back and forth. "N-Nightmare..." You stuttered out, clutching onto his t-shirt. "Babe it's okay... It's okay..." He reassured, holding onto you tightly. "I promise no one is going to hurt you. I promise..." he whispered, lulling you back to sleep with his voice.

Toby: You were going over to Caleb's house because he was throwing a party. You put on a dress and did your hair and make up all nice. When you came down the stairs, Toby let out a low whistle. You giggled and took his hand and led him out the door. He drove you two over to Caleb's house, there were tons of people there. It made you a bit nervous considering how many people you didn't know. You took a deep breath as you got out of the car. You could do this, everything was going to be fine. The night started out alright, you spent most of the night with Toby. Caleb called Toby over to meet someone who you didn't recognize so you stayed off to the corner where you were. He walked over leaving you there standing by yourself. You looked around at all the people, it seemed as if they were getting closer to you. You felt trapped and uncomfortable. You tried closing your eyes and breathing but it wasn't working. You looked around for Toby but you couldn't see him overtop of everybody's heads. You needed to get out. Somehow you pushed your way through the crowd of people, apologizing as you walked towards the door. You quietly slipped outside and walked towards Toby's car. When you got there you stood and tried to breathe. Your heart felt like it was pounding a thousand times a minute. That's when you heard somebody shout "Y/N?" That somebody was Toby. You called out back to him, "I'm here." And he walked over to you. He put his hand on your back, "Do you want to go home?" he asked. You really did want to go home, but you felt terrible saying that. "No, I'll be fine...I don't want to ruin your night just by my stupid anxiety." you looked down at your feet. "It's fine, really. I want to make sure you're okay." So he drove you two home and spent the rest of the night cuddled up on the couch with you.

Jason: You hadn't told Jason about your anxiety disorder. You didn't want him to think you were weird, it was something you weren't very open about telling people. Jason invited you on a date to the movies. You hadn't been to the movies in really long time, every time you went you would have a panic attack and spend most of the time wanting to go home and not even watching the movie. You agreed to go because you really liked Jason, you wanted to spend as much time as you could with him. Jason started to walk towards the front of the movie theater. The front always made it worse for you, so you said "Jason, why don't we sit more towards the middle?" he agreed and walked over to you. The lights went down in the theater and the movie began. For some reason you always had to look for all the exits in the theater, if something went wrong you needed to know how to get out. You tried to pay attention to what was going on in the movie but you couldn't focus on watching it. You checked your phone to see what time it was, it wasn't even an hour into the move yet. You excused yourself and told Jason that you were going to the bathroom. You walked out of the theater and into the main area. You sat on a bench and stared at the wall. Why did this have to happen to you? You looked at a movie poster of a girl standing happily with a boy. You thought to yourself: I bet she doesn't have anxiety. I bet she can go to the movies and have a good time with that boy. Apparently a lot of time had gone by because you saw Jason leave the theater. "(Y/N), what are you doing out here?" he asked when he saw you. "Uhh, well" you were thinking of an excuse. "If you didn't want to go on a date with me, you should have told me." Jason said. "No!" you exclaimed "It's not you Jason, I really like you. It's just that...I get panic attacks when I go to the movies." You looked down, ashamed of how pathetic you were. "(Y/N), why didn't you tell me? I would have understood. We didn't have to come here" He sat down on the bench next to you. "I was embarrassed, I thought you would think I was weird." He hugged you and said "No, I really like you. Wanna go out for ice cream instead?"

Mike: "Just breathe, baby," he's telling you, a little more concern in his voice than usual, because this time he wasn't entirely sure as to what had caused the sudden pains in your chest, or the difficulty you were having with such a simple thing as breathing – something that would usually come as second-nature, but he was having to help with.  And he's asking you to breathe with him, and he's sitting just as patiently as he would any other time this sort of thing happened; just sitting there and breathing with you, in through your nose and out through your mouth, as he tried to calm you. And you're not really sure if it's helping at first, but when you tell him this, he just insists that you keep doing it, because it's usually the only thing that helps calm you and if it didn't work this time he wasn't sure what he was going to do.  He was scared, you could see it in his eyes, but you were doing your best to ignore it, and instead focus on his deep breaths and his soft hand gliding across your back as he tried to soothe you.
