#22 You Get A Pet Together

Ezra: "Babe we should get a kitten." Ezra said while you were both about to sleep.

You sat up and turned the bed side lamp on.

"Are you serious about this?" You asked Ezra who was now also sitting up.

"Yes it would be a great thing in our relationship as well. We'd been looking after something that isn't just ourselves and that could help so later in life if we have children we'd be more responsible. And kittens are cute." Ezra said speaking quite fast. You smiled.

"I'm on board with this idea." You said and Ezra grinned.

"Really?" Ezra asked.

"Yeah." You said smiling.

"I love you so much babe." Ezra said kissing you.

"I love you too." You said before turning the bed side lamp off and going to sleep in Ezra's arms.

Caleb: "So I was thinking." Caleb said playing with your hands, while watching a movie.

"Oh no that's never good." You said joking

"Anyway before I was rudely interrupted what about taking another step in our relationship. Only if you're only in the same step." Caleb joked the first part and then got serious.

"Page." You interrupted.

"What? " Caleb asked

"It's same page, not step." You said.

"Will you shut up and let me speak." Caleb laughed.

"Okay sorry." You apologised giggling.

"What if we got a dog together?" Calum asked

"So when you're working I look after it?" You asked.

"Yeah." Caleb said shyly.

"Sure." You said.

"Really?"

"Yeah you really want this so it'll be fine."

Toby: "I know you're allergic to kittens but I know dogs are so much more work, but maybe we could get one together." You said to Toby nervous.

"I like that idea." Toby said.

"Really?" You asked.

"Yeah. Dogs are good practice for when we have kids, even though kids are a lot more work. A dog would be great and I know how lonely you get here all alone so if we had a dog together you would have something to cuddle when you feel lonely. Maybe a dog could get us even more closer together." Toby said.

"I love that idea." You said.

"So we both agree, we're getting a dog?" Toby asked.

"Yeah." You said biting your lip.

"Caleb will be here a lot now." Toby joked.

"We shouldn't tell him until we actually have a dog. It would shock him." You said, Toby laughed and kissed you.

"This makes me even more excited for the future." Toby said.

"Me too. A future together." You said.

You leaned up to kiss Toby.He picked you up so your legs were wrapped around his torso. You kissed deeply.

Jason: You were sat at home getting ready to go to work.

*I love kittens* - Jason texted you

*You love yourself? ;)*

*I see a resemblance...Beside the point anyway...We should get a kitten*

*When you come home we can discuss getting a kitten*

*Okay I'll see you later*

*Later*

6 hours later you and Jason were both home.

"So about getting a kitten. " Jason said.

"Most people say hello but okay." You laughed.

"I know you'd be looking after it when I'm on work and that's why you aren't so into the idea, but when I'm not here you have something to snuggle besides the pillow I sleep on when I'm home. And when I'm home we'd both be looking after him or her. Please babe at least consider what I said." Jason basically begged.

"Do you know what?" You asked

"What?" Jason asked nervous.

"I'm into getting a kitten now." You said.Jason's face lit up.

"I love you so much."Jason said kissing you deeply.

"I love you too." You giggled.

Mike: You and Mike had been dating for a while now and what better way to show how much you loved each other than by getting a pet together. Mike had agreed with the idea but insisted that it had to be a cat. "Cats are very independent," he always said and with all of the traveling we do we are going to need a pet that can stay home alone. You'd agreed to the whole cat thing but insisted that it be an orange cat. "I've always wanted an orange cat named pumpkin." You tell him on the ride to the pet store. "As long as your happy, I'm happy," He says. As he intertwines his fingers with yours.
