"We've been at meetings all day and you still manage to look good", Clarence compliments her.

She blushes and smiles at him, "You look good too".

"Thank you, but I don't", he says putting his hood on.

"Yeah you do, don't he look good Maya?"

"He knows he looks good, he just wants attention, Queen", she tells her looking paying attention to the road.

He chuckles, "Nah".

"What other attention do you need, you already got a bunch, look at you", Queen tells him.

"Honestly, if I try to holla at a shawty, she might reject me".

"Aww man, I don't think you will get rejected".

"Did you ever get rejected before?"

"I never got a chance to get rejected. Just like you, I only had one relationship. I won't try anyway now because I'm scared to get rejected".

"I'm not scared to get rejected".

"Nigga, cause you don't get rejected!".

Clarence laughs.

An unknown number calls Queen and she looks at it for a while thinking about who could be calling her.

"Answer", Clarence says.

She presses the green button, "Hello, who is this?"

"Chris".

She immediately looks at Clarence and hangs up the phone. Clarence looks at her, neither of them say anything until he broke the silence.

"Who's Chris?"

"My son's father".

"Okay, why did you hang up though?"

"Long story".

"Didn't ask you that. I asked you why did you hang up?"

She stares out the window.

"You don't have to tell me if you don't want to".

"It's not that...I just, you kinda know the moral of that story already".

"Ohhh, that's Medicine".

"Yeah, man. I haven't talk to him in a while".

"You should call him back, it might be about your son".

"But why would he call me from an unknown number".

"Call him back and you'll find out".

"Clare...", she said hesitantly.

He scoots over next to her and looks at the phone, "Call him. I'm right here".

She goes to her recent calls and calls the unknown number back.

"Hello".

"Yeah, it's me".

"Why did you hang up?"

"My-my phone had bad connection".

"I wanted to ask you something about us so we can settle this".

"Look, Chris, I left for a reason and-"

"It's about the divorce papers. You gotta go get these divorce papers".

"Why I have to go get them?"

"Because you want a divorce, don't you?"

"Yeah, but why can't-"

He cuts her off, "Well, go get them so we can be over and done with".
