Chapter 1

~Kai's POV~

"*Beep* *Beep* *Beep*!!!" I reach my hand out, ready to smack my alarm. I hit snooze, knocking over a glass of water in the process.

"Shit," I mumble under my breath. I grab my phone and turn it on, only to be greeted by a blinding light. I cover my eyes with my forearm, slowly adjusting my eyes to my phone. I look at the time, my eyes growing wider.

"Shit! I overslept again!" I leap out of bed, my ankle getting caught onto the blanket, making me trip onto the floor.

I feel a rush of pain go through my head, making my eyes water slightly. I feel a light trickle of blood run down my face. I wipe it away with my hand and rush towards my closet. There I grab my blue and white uniform, blue tie, orange boxers, and orange, with white stripe, knee high socks.

I rush to put on my clothes, not noticing my sister, Clara, in my room. I drop everything in my hands onto the floor, covering my member with my hands, my face turning a slight shade of pink.

"Clara!! What are you doing in my room?!" I yell out.

"Relax, Big Bro! I saw nothing, so just chill." I look down, closing my eyes and sighing in relief. I focus my attention back to Clara, still confused with her sudden appearance.

"Can you PLEASE get out?!" I yell out to her, my face still stained with the color of embarrassment.

"Fine geez. I guess I won't tell you then."

"Tell me what Clara?"

"Oh nothing," Clara responds, teasingly. I stare dead in her eyes, making Clara crack from my gaze.

"*Sigh* Fine. There's this girl named, Aphmau, waiting outside for you. She's been there since 8." My eyes grew wider, knowing how 'great' I am with time.

"What time is it now?" Clara looks away from me, sighing under her breath.

"What? What time is it Clara!?" Clara looks back at me, turning her head, side to side.

"Tisk, Tisk, Tisk. It's 9:45! Gosh dang it, Big Bro!! You always lose track of time!!"

"But I swear had an alarm on!" I yell back in defense.

"Well maybe you set it on the wrong time. Anyways, don't keep your girlfriend waiting longer than she already has."

"She's not my girlfriend, Clara!!"

"Oh yeah, I forgot. You're gay." I narrow my eyes onto her, giving her a doubtful look.

"Mhm, sure. Anyways, get out of my room! And learn to knock!" I throw a sock at her, making her giggle and leave my room, closing the door shut.

*Sigh* Anyways, gotta get dressed. Aph's going to be so mad at me! What a great start for the first day of school.

I get dressed, grab my backpack, and head out of the door. I meet up with Aphmau, who was waiting on the front porch. She looks at me, a frown creeping up onto her face.

"What took you so long, Kai?!" A sweat drop rolls down the side of my face, a little nervous to face her.

"I guess I must've overslept again, heh." I try to shake it off by playing a small laugh, but Aphmau didn't look too satisfied.

"We've gotta get going now, Kai! I still have to find you a boyfriend!" I blush at the thought of having a boyfriend.

"Okay, Okay. Let's go and don't get too carried away this time."

"Yay!" I hear Aphmau fangirl with joy.

"Gosh, you're turning into another Kawaii-Chan," I mumble to myself.

"I heard that!" Aphmau yells back, looking at me with an enormous grin on her face. I smile back and even giggle a bit.

Me? Having a boyfriend? It still sends a shiver down my spine everytime I think about it, but in a good way. Aphmau grabs my hand, yanking me behind her, until we reach the school. I stand there, a bit shocked, at the sight of how huge Phoenix Drop is.

"Well? Let's get going inside then?" I hear Aph say to me.

"Yeah, we should." I reply back, still looking at the school in amazement.

When we near the entrance of the school, two people with dark colored hair approach us.

"Hey! My name's Ein and this is my sister, Jessica. We're new here and we're a bit lost. Can you guys help us?" Ein says to me and Aph.

"Sure!" I say, hoping to make new friends.

Ein has the same blue and white uniform as I do. He has dark blue hair with a light shade of blue on the front, along with his ears, tail, and eyes. I notice the piercings on his right ear, seeing how fitting it is on him. I look at Ein, thinking how cute he is, also knowing that he's a werewolf.

Jessica, on the other hand, is also a werewolf. She has dark blue hair, dark blue eyes, and piercings on both of her ears. She's wearing the same school uniform, the only difference being the skirt and her black stockings. Jessica is the same size as Aphmau and acts similar to her as well. I revert my attention back to Ein, smiling, looking eager to become friends.

"If you want, you guys can hang out with us. We'll show you guys around and stuff." Ein's face lights up with joy.

"Thanks...er..."

"It's Kai, and this is my friend Aphmau." Aphmau turns to look at Ein, giving him a warm smile and a small wave.

"Thanks again, Kai." Ein turns his attention onto Jessica, who was now talking to Aphmau.

"Looks like they're getting along." I say with a smile on my face.

"Yeah, I guess they are." Ein gives me a warm, gentle smile. I blush a slight pink, getting lost in Ein's eyes. I look away, my face flushed from embarrassment. I hear the first bell ring, and I snap out of the trance.

"What's your first class Ein?" I ask him. He looks down at his schedule, looking at all of his classes.

"I have P.E. first. What about you?" I look down at my schedule, noticing that I also had first hour P.E.

"Looks like that I have P.E. as well." Ein grabs my hand, making my face flush a dark red.

"Well then, lead the way, captain!"
