A couple of months passed, Kai and I became as close as before.Note that he is still very very annoying.But I got used to his annoying/irritating personality.
During recess,
"Hey, Mel! Long time no see, and hello to the dude beside you." Daryl said.
"Irrelevant person," Kai mumbled
"Oh, hey Daryl!" I replied as I nudged Kai in the elbow.
It has been awhile since I talked to Daryl, I cool with him, but Kai, not so much. Daryl sat down and wanted to start a conversation with me, but Kai being Kai, just had to ruin it.
"So Mel, how have you been?" Daryl asked
"She's been doing fine if that concerns you," Kai replied as he rolled his eyes
"Kai, stop being immature." as I turned my head 45 degrees to face Kai.
Daryl ignored Kai for the whole time, halfway through, Kai got up from his seat and stomped off.
