7. Jax

I lay there in the hospital bed bored out of my mind until Jax walks in.
"Hey there my little cripple."
"Hey, Jax."
I smile big.
He walks over beside me and hugs me.
"I'm so glad you're okay."
"I need to tell you something."
He says softly.
"Remember Alyssa?"
"Alyssa? Yeah, I remember her, your girlfriend, right?"
"She was so ru-"
Before I could talk he interrupted me.
"I broke up with her."
"After I left the high school we were hanging out and then it just happened."
My eyes widened.
"Really?"
I slightly smile.
I had a crush on Jax since the first day of high school.
But then Alyssa had to ruin it.
She poured food on me multiple times and constantly made out with Jax when I was hanging out with him.
His phone ring loudly.
"Sorry, It's my mom."
He stepped out of the room and closed the door.
I squealed with happiness.
I look down and stop smiling.
"He will never want to be with me."
I said quietly.

Jax's POV
I step out of the hospital room that Leah is in.
I go against the wall and smile.
I finally broke up with Alyssa.
I liked her for a bit until I hung out with Leah. Leah, god she is so beautiful, it makes me sad when I see her hurt.
I look down saddened.
"She will never want to be with me."
I answer my mom's call after she rang a few times.
*"Come home now, you need to buy us food!"*
She yelled over the phone.
"Okay, okay ill be home in 10 mins."
I hang up and walk back in to see Leah smiling Beautifully, her bronze eyes shimmer in the sunlight that's hitting her face.
She looks at me and smiles bigger, her little those crinkles up lightly.
I smile and walk to her.
"I gotta go, my mom needs me."
Her smile drops and a small frown forms on her face.
"Alright bye."
She says sadly and hugs me tightly.
"Bye see you later my little cripple."
I say smiling.

Leah's POV
When Jax said he broke up with Alyssa a but of me became happier.
His amazing smile and the way he looks at me makes me happy. The way his bright green eyes fit well with his tanned defined face.
"You okay sweetie?"
The nurse snaps her fingers in front of my face.
I shake my head.
"Yeah, just daydreaming."
I say slightly blushing.
"Or was it that handsome boy that was in here? Is he your Boyfriend."
She said boyfriend with a slur.
"What? No, he wouldn't ever want to date me."
I say and look down.
"What! you're a beautiful girl, of course, he would want to date you."
She smiles.
"Alright sweetie just checking on you, if you need anything just press the button."
I nod and smile.
I sigh and relax my body, I close my eyes and fall asleep.
