Back in Blue

When Justin finally woke up, his vision was blurry at first and slowly clearing. He was in a room that seemed like a bedroom only with advanced technology around him. A man Justin couldn't see very well saw that he was awake and came to his side. The man held his hand out and tried to hold his shoulder, but Justin panicked and swung at him, missing. "Woah Justin, hey slow down." The man said. Justin recognized that voice. "Tommy?" He asked as his vision finally cleared. "Wha-what's happening, where are we?" He asked trying to get to his feet. "Why does my head feel like I got hit by a bowling ball?" Tommy assured him that he was safe and explained that even though he's awake now, he is still experiencing the effects of whatever his shadow gave him. "The members of Lightspeed Rescue said it should be temporary." Tommy said to him. Justin shook his head, still feeling a bit dazed. "Light-who, what is going on?" He asked. "You just rest for now, I'll explain everything once you've recovered." Tommy said to him. Justin hated to wait for his answers, but then again didn't really feel like arguing either. He agreed to lay down and rest a while and hoped to figure something out. Tommy left the room and closed the door behind him. It didn't take long for Justin to fall asleep, but this time he saw he saw something terrifying. He was walking through a cave with some blue lights appearing throughout the cracks. "You had one job shadow!" A voice called out. "To find Justin and bring him here, and couldn't even do that!" The voice was of a man, but it was hard for Justin to recognize it. Justin walked around and saw that the man was a power ranger, he was talking to the Shadow Justin, who started looking fearful. "I'm aware Lord Drakkon." He said. "It won't happen again." Lord Drakkon walked over to him and quickly grabbed his throat. He lifted the Shadow Justin into the air as he struggled to breathe and tried to escape his grasp. "Believe me, I know it won't." Lord Drakkon said. Just then, Lord Drakkon snapped the Shadow Justin's neck and dropped him onto the ground. The setting suddenly changed into another world. It was a darkened version of his world, and Lord Drakkon ruled it all. Justin looked around and saw the bodies of his fellow rangers on the ground. Justin looked ahead and saw a collection of broken power ranger helmets for every ranger he's killed. "We've killed the rangers on this earth, now it's time to get the others." Lord Drakkon said to a large army. "Wherever and whenever they're hiding, and that's just the beginning." The world turned black and the only people who were there were Justin and Lord Drakkon. Lord Drakkon held out his sword, turned towards Justin and threw it at him. After this, Justin immediately woke up in panic. Tommy heard him and rushed into the room. "Hey, calm down you're safe." He said to him. Justin tried to calm down and shook his head. "Tommy, who is he?" He asked. "Who is Lord Drakkon?" Tommy knew what he meant and explained what he knew about the man. They didn't know why, but Lord Drakkon was out to kill every existing power ranger. "That's why we're all here." Tommy said to him. "Okay, but where exactly is here?" Justin asked. Tommy took him outside the room and revealed more people who were at this location. "Who are these people?" Justin asked. Tommy explained that after the threat from Lord Drakkon, all existing power rangers escaped into hiding from their own worlds or times. "Most of them are from the future, others either past or present." He said as they over to the weapons facility. "So I'm guessing you're the future of Tommy?" Justin asked him. "Last time I saw you was a couple of days ago, you still had long hair." Tommy admitted he was from the future, but there were also past versions of him here as well. "We need to have all rangers by our side for this fight." He said to Justin. "What do you say." Justin agreed and Tommy took him into another room. "This is where you'll find your gear." Tommy said to him. "Come to the command unit when you're done, I'll have Alpha 5 show you the way." Justin headed into the room and looked through the gear. He found his mountain blasters and the keys to his Jeep. He looked around and saw a new communicator powered up and ready for him to put them on, removing the other one. "You ready kid?" A voice spoke from behind. Justin nodded and turned around to find a strangely shaped robot staring at him. "Okay then let's go." The robot said as he stretched his arm and grabbed Justin. Justin then grabbed the robot's arm, yanking it towards him. Justin jumped up and kicked the robot across the room. The robot ran across the base as Justin chased him. The two of them ended up in a room where another group of rangers were hanging out. One of the men in the room stepped in-between them and tried to keep Justin away from it. "Woah hey, slow down kid!" He said to Justin. "I see you've met Alpha 5." Justin looked at the man, and then at Alpha 5. "What the heck happened to you?" He asked. Just then, the Alpha 5 Justin knew entered the room. "Ay yi yi yi yi." He said. "I tried to tell him he meant me." Justin looked around at everything he could see, it was a lot to take in. "This day just keeps getting crazier and crazier." He said. "If I seeBulk and Skull in here, I've officially gone nuts." He thought to himself as the group headed for the command unit.
