Felix POV

I guess I wasn't the only tired one.. Blake and I slept until about 2PM in the afternoon. That wasn't very surprising seeing as we stayed up late though. I got up, slowly but surely, out of the bed feeling a bit groggy. When I left the bedroom he just now walking out of his too with a very tired look on his muzzle. We were both too tired to notice we were still in just boxers. He was nice enough to let me use the restroom first then went shortly after. I made some oatmeal while he had his turn in the restroom and called him over when it was ready. I hadn't noticed he was already patiently sat down at the table waiting for the microwave to beep with our 2 bowls inside.

Blake POV

I finished my oatmeal pretty quickly. I then decided we should go somewhere nice. I opted to pick between a movie or a dinner. Since Felix seemed like a more hyped sort of fur, I figured we should go see a movie rather than dinner. We could grab a burger or something at the cinema. 'Then again, that's pretty expensive. Maybe on the way home, we can still get popcorn though.'

After excusing myself, I went to my room for a while to listen to music. I turned on my stereo to see what was playing. When I got to the rock station, I decided to lay back and let it play. When it came to anything from classic to alternative, it didn't matter. I really just liked listening to the guitar and the drum beat while my tail patted the bed softly.

Felix POV

The sound of music playing from Blake's room made me smile. 'At least we can agree on good music..' I had to respect his liking for rock since it was my favorite spectrum of music as well. That along with a few others but who has time to list?

While I tried to identify the song I heard a knock at the door. Assuming Blake hadn't heard I went to answer the door for him. Through the peephole I could just make out a familiar looking wolf. I opened the door and recognized him immediately.

"Axel.." I said quietly.

"Oh Felix hey!" He looked slightly surprised. "Is Blake around?"

"Uh yeah, he's upstairs listening to music." I nodded and stepped aside to let him in pointing my thumb to the stairs.

"Thanks." He walked right in and took his shoes off before heading upstairs. I took this time to sit on the couch and watch Netflix. I'd assumed Axel had been here a time or two at least.

Blake POV

I heard a knock and some voices downstairs. Axel was probably here again like usual. I'd only briefly told him about Felix being here....and my crush..

There was no way I'd be able to hide it from Axel even if I wanted to. I heard him walking upstairs and turned the music down as he walked in. "Hey Blake." He greeted me as I sat up.

"Hi Axel." I gave a half assed two fingered salute like I usually would.

"I see Felix is already getting used to being here. It kind of surprised me. Any progress?" He inquired.

"I'm actually working on that one tonight." A huge smile spread across his face. He just had to know what my plan was gonna be. Axel has been wanting me to find someone forever now. When he asked me what I was going to do I told him about the theater.

"Take him to a horror." He advised with a smirk on his face. "He'll be clinging to you the whole movie." That wasn't a bad idea. I liked horror movies and I didn't scare easily. Maybe Felix did though..

"What do you suggest?" I tilted my head.

"Well there's a few like The conjuring, paranormal activity, and the exorcist. Just to name a few." After brainstorming a bit we decided on The Ring since I hadn't seen that one yet. I expected to jump a little since I'd seen how good the ratings are on this one. "Anyways.." Axel spoke up. "I'm gonna head home. Gotta do essay for English class."

"That's a bummer, is it a big one?" I asked a little worried. Axel didn't exactly have a way with words.

"Nah, just a couple paragraphs. Like a 500 words minimum. Should be pretty easy." He stated confidently.

"That's good at least." I nodded

We exchanged goodbyes and a quick good luck" before he left. I heard him say bye to Felix before he exited the house. By now it was 6:13 and the earliest showing was 7:30. It was best to ask him now.

Felix POV

Axel waved goodbye to me before left and heard Blake come downstairs soon after. He seemed a bit nervous and excited at the same time when he walked into the living room. "Hey umm Felix?" The Timberwolf tried to get my attention. I turned my head to look at him. "D-do you wanna see a movie tonight?" He said it all in one breath.

"What kind of movie?" I asked, slightly hoping he wouldn't say romance.

"Well it's a horror called, 'The Ring'." He smiled sheepishly when I jumped up and grinned.

"Really?! I've always wanted to see that!" I turned bright red feeling embarrassed at my own excitement. Then I realized something. "Sorry in advance if i get a little jumpy. I scare easy.."

"Don't worry!" He chuckled in response. "I might too. First time seeing the movie as well."

"I'm gonna brush up a bit!" I ran upstairs enthusiastically, skipping steps and stumbling a bit. 'This is so cool!' I loved the adrenaline rush from watching horror films and thrillers.

A/N Sorry if some of the organizing is off in this chapter, WattPad is being a tad derpy so some paragraphs have double spaces before the next one. While I'm her, i know the uploading is a tad erratic but I'm also juggling with school and fixing my car (Gotta find a new wiring harness). I am making progress though, Finally.
