Stacy's perspective:
"And then she just barged out.." Bonnie shrugged accusingly.
"Like just barged out?" I asked shocked.
I didn't hear a thing to whatever she told. I am just waiting for her to feel guilty and spill the beans I want to hear.
"Yeah, just like that. Like what a bitch." Bonnie shook her head and I nodded agreeing to whatever the hell she was telling.
We made our way to the table we always sat in. It felt nice to have food in canteen again. Especially when I couldn't spot either mum or Chris when I entered home today. I know something wasn't right in there too. Just got to investigate.
"Hey Stacy.." I heard a yell and turned around to find Nick beckoning to me.
My sudden expression changed to angry, disgusted and annoyed feeling when I saw him next to Nick busy in his phone like he didn't hear my name and was least interested to see me.
"Come on, join us." A girl smiled at me and Bonnie.
Wait, I know her. Oh the one who spoke to me when no one did. I smiled at her and looked at Bonnie. But Bonnie seemed already joyful at the invitation as she jumped her way to the table before even acknowledging me.
Of course, Luke is there.
"Come on Stacy, we will make sure you and Atticus don't eat each other up." Dean laughed as I felt the angry nerve pop out again.
But he didn't lift his head. Not even a flinch from his phone. Asshole.
I walked my way towards the table. I pulled a chair from an empty table. I sat on an empty chair next to Davis while I placed the chair I pulled in front of me. I lifted my legs and hardly placed it on the chair resting it as my hands folded on my chest.
There was complete silence as I glanced at the center of the table and his eyes darted to my legs. He slowly saw my legs creasing his eyebrows and then followed it all the way to my eyes, which obviously ignored him.
"Wow, they really know how to piss each other up." Davis chuckled to himself. I heard every single word.
"Excuse me?" I asked looking at him in a confused look.
"Um.. Hot day huh?" He asked looking at me while I rolled my eyes at him.
"Okay, okay, why is the atmosphere so messed up?" The girl I spoke to now spoke.
"Yeah, lets make it cheesy. By the way. Hey Stacy I'm Hailey." Another girl introduced.
I nodded giving a faint smile.
"And I'm Summer." Another girl smiled as she tugged on Dean's arm.
"Yeah, you know me." The girl I spoke to smiled. Gosh, this is embarrassing.
"Hmm.. Cornelia." I raised my eyebrows hoping it was right.
She gave a sad smile. Fuck, its not.
"Caroline." She nudged.
"Yeah Caroline, Cornelia. Close enough." I nodded smiling. She shrugged.
"Okay guys, lets play some Truth and Dares." Hailey cheered.
Did we have an option to just take back our interference and just enjoy the rest of the one hour break making Bonnie accept her guilt and spill it all to me? I'm in no mood to play, with the fuckhead right in front of me.
But by the time my thought process digested all these thoughts everyone had agreed and I was left with no choice but to play the kiddish Truth and Dare. Gross.
