Victor Zsasz: Victor tells you to get in the car and that he'll take you to the surprise early since it's raining. You walk into your bedroom and there are rose petals everywhere and champagne bottles in an ice bucket on the dresser.
Harvey Bullock: Harvey tells you that it's only rain and water isn't going to kill you. "Suck it up buttercup."
Oswald Cobblepott: Oswald asks if you would like to go home so that you don't get drenched by the rain. He's so sweet to you but you insist that you're fine.
Ed Nygma: Ed would rather be inside, but you love the rain, so he puts up with it because he loves you. If you're happy, then he's happy.
Bruce Wayne: Bruce puts his coat around you to protect you from getting wet and walks you down the street protectively. He knows the dangers of the streets of Gotham.
Alfred Pennyworth: Alfred politely asks if you'd like to return home and have a night in, maybe with tea and cookies. He knows how to cook after all.
Jerome Valeska: He gets excited and grabs you hand to go run around in the rain outside. He's a giant kid with a big imagination so running in the rain for him is a blast.
