chapter four

Rebecca's POV
Reggie shakes with laughter as I shake my head. "Let's go to class" He says and we walk to class talking about everything.

"You know you aren't to bad Reggie" I say and he smirks "I know have you seen this" He says pointing to himself. I shove him and then we get to Art class.

"Sit next to me today" Reggie says and I nod following him into the class and to his table. "Why is it empty" I ask and he shrugs "I don't know" He says and I nod. "Ok class today is free drawing day so draw whatever" The teacher says.

I pull out paper and pencils and an eraser. I start working on my art project and Reggie just sits there watching me draw. "Are you just gonna keep watching me like a creep" I ask him making him jump. "I'm not watching you like a creep it's cute how you focus" He says.

"How?" I ask him without looking up. "Because its just cute" He says and I sigh. "Whatever Reggie" I say and he moves to sit next to me instead of across. "This is really good" He says and I finally look up. "Really?" I ask him and he nods his head.

Reggie's POV
She finally looks up "really?" She asks me and I nod my head. She puts a piece of hair behind her ear "drawing is one of my favorite things to do" She says quietly.

She starts drawing again while rolling her bottom lip in between her teeth. It's adorable when she's focused because she rolls her bottom lip in between her teeth and her brows furrow a little bit.

I sigh and I watch her draw. She looks peaceful drawing she doesn't look like she wants to murder everyone.

"Im done" She says snapping me out of my trance "let me see" I say and she holds her drawing up.

"That's amazing" I say and I see her lips turn up a little bit. "Thank you I'm gonna go give it to the teacher" She says as she stands up and walks over to the teacher.

She starts talking to him and then shows him her drawing and his jaw drops. He carefully takes it and says something to her that makes her shake her head and him frown.

When they are done talking she walks back to me. "What'd the teacher say?" I ask her and she looks at me "well he said I should join art club but I told him I'm trying out for cheer after school but if I don't make the team I might" She says and I smile at her.

"What are you smiling at?" She asks me raising a brow. "You" I say and she turns a light pink and turns away. I chuckle "shut up" She says as she looks at me again.

The bell rings signally it's after school and she sighs. "Hey I'll come with you ok" I tell her as I sling my arm over her shoulder. "Ok" She says as she let's me and doesn't shrug me off this time.

We walk into the gym where all the vixens are and Cheryl bounces over to us as she pulls Rebecca to the locker rooms. Betty and Veronica walk up to me "hurt Rebecca and all of us hurt you" Veronica says walking towards the vixens with Betty.

"I won't don't worry" I say and smile as I see Rebecca come out dressed in the vixen uniform. "I had her try it on and I'm gonna have her dance in it" Cheryl says as she sits on her chair.

The music starts and Rebecca starts dancing. Her dancing is flawless and she moves to the beat perfectly. When she spins her hair falls out of its loose bun framing her face. She finishes and fixed her hair into a high pony tail instead.

Everyone starts clapping even me. "Well Rebecca welcome to the team" Cheryl says and hugs Rebecca along with all the other girls. Rebecca laughs and hugs them back.

~time skip~
Third person POV.
It's the next day and Veronica had went on a date with chuck and now her Betty and Rebecca are heading to the males locker room.

Rebecca slams the door open and pushes past everyone to Archie stops them. "Woah Betty Veronica Rebecca what are you guys doing here" He says as he fixes his towel. "Move out  of the way Andrews I'm not kidding" Rebecca says pushing him walking straight up to chuck.

"Take it down chuck" Rebecca threaten as she hold up Veronica's phone. "Woah hold up its a badge of honor" He says making Rebecca scowl at him.

"No you are slut shaming my friend and I don't accept that so take it the hell down now" Rebecca warns on more time. "Your in bulldog territory *all the guys start barking* but you can try and fight" He says smirking.

"Yeah well guess what Chuck I'm a serpent and even if I'm in your territory you better watch it because this will not go by" Rebecca says and chuck smirks "sure Rebecca sure" He says and Rebecca throws a punch knocking him off his feet.

"Take this as a warning chuck because I don't play games but if you want to play games bring it because you don't know what I'm capable of" Rebecca says as she walks out.

Betty and Veronica follow. "Wasn't that too much" Betty asks "please that was nothing plus not like anyone is gonna confront me about it the principle is scared of me" Rebecca says as she goes to her truck.

"See you girls tomorrow" Rebecca yells out the window throwing a peace sign and she drives away and to pops. Her phone dings but she doesn't dare to look at it till she's not driving.

She pulls into Pops and looks at her phone.

Mantle🌹:  schools not over

Becca💞: I don't care

Mantle🌹: where are you?

Becca💞: why?

Mantle🌹: just answer my question

Becca💞: answer mine first mantle

Mantle 🌹:  I'm gonna ditch school and hang with you.

Mantle🌹: now tell me where you are

Becca💞: Not happening have fun at school

Mantle🌹: Rebecca tell me now.

Mantle🌹:  hello....

Mantle🌹: Rebecca come on

Becca💞: no Reggie go to class

Mantle🌹: please

Becca 💞:  Reggie no

Mantle🌹: fine

She sighs 'I feel bad' Rebecca thinks as she walks into pops. Today she left her serpent jacket in her truck. Her tattoo hidden out of sight from everyone.

She's greeted by pop "why aren't you in school Rebecca" Pops asks her making her sigh. "I punched chuck Clayton and walked out" She tells him sitting in front of him.

"You punched another person" Pops scolds her making her look down. "I'm sorry it's just he messed with my friends and he refused to fix it" She says making pops sigh.

Hermione Lodge walks up to Rebecca.
"Rebecca DeSantos never thought I'd see your gorgeous face again" Hermione tells Rebecca making her smile "hi Mrs. Lodge" Rebecca says making Hermione scowl at the younger girl.

They hug and the bell rings signaling someone walked in. Alice Cooper glares at the two. "Well pops and Hermione I think it's my time to leave plus I have things I need to do" Rebecca says as she hugs them both then bumps shoulders with Alice on her way out.

She gets into her truck to see her phone flashing red. She turns it on to see a text.

Betts😘:  hey you ok?

Rebecca🖤: yes betty I am thank you for asking.

Betts😘: anytime

Rebecca 🖤: well you are still in class I'll let you go ok I'll see you guys at practice

Betts😘:  ok see ya!

She shuts her phone off and sighs. 'She's a kind girl and I'm not why is she being nice to me?' Rebecca thinks to herself.

She starts heading to the graveyard to see Mitch's grave.
