Chapter eight

3rd person POV
Flashback

A little girl with black hair in two braids going down her back is running around. She is about the age of four maybe five. As she is running through the forest she runs into a stranger "I'm sorry sir" She apologizes and stands up looking at the man in front of her.

"It's fine are you ok" The man asks the little girl and she nods her head "yep I am" She says and the man nods smiling. "I'm FP Jones" The man now known as FP says "I'm Rebecca DeSantos" The little girl says as she holds her handout for FP to shake.

He shakes her hand and then asks her "why are you running in the woods" FP as little Rebecca "I was bored" She says shrugging. "How about we get you back home" He says making the little girl frown "um I don't have one" She says "why?" He asks her "I don't know who my parents are" She says

"Well were do you stay?" FP asks Rebecca "I stay at the orphans home" She says "the orphanage?" He asks and she nods. 'DeSantos I know that last name' FP thinks to himself. "Let's get you back ok" He says making the little girl shake her head. "Why not?" He asks "I hate them they are mean" She says crossing her little arms.

Flashback over

Rebecca wakes up to knocking on her window. She looks over to see her boyfriends face staring at her with concern. She rolls down the window "babe are you ok?" Reggie asks her and she nods "yeah why?" Rebecca asks "nothing never mind ready to go?" He asks her making her nod.

He gets into her truck and she drives to pops so they can get their normal shakes. On the way her phone beeps "babe can you check that for me?" Rebecca asks reggae making him nod and turn on her phone. He types in the password and goes to the messages.

FPJones: You are needed now!

DeSantos: okay.

Reggie looks at Rebecca "you are needed now by FP" He says making her nod "I'm dropping you off after pops" She says making him shake his head "why can't I go" He says making her slam on the breaks "NO" She accidentally yells.

"Why the hell not Rebecca" Reggie says making Rebecca look at him "because it's to dangerous for you" Rebecca says making Reggie scoff "no it's not" Reggie says making Rebecca glare at him. "Reggie you are not coming and that's final" Rebecca says driving to pops and pulling into the parking lot.

"Go Reggie I'll be back soon" Rebecca says not looking at him. He glares at the side of her head before getting out and slamming the door shut. She immediately pulls out of the parking lot and speeds away.

She drives to FPs trailer to see it covered in yellow police tape. She gets out to see the serpents looking away as she storms up to them. "What the hell!!" She shouts making them flinch even Joaquin who is her brother. "He's been arrested because they searched his house and found a gun somewhere" Toni says avoiding her best friends eyes.

Rebecca hops in her truck and rushes to the police station. (Yes I know this doesn't follow plot line but trust me plz!) She gets out and runs in. "FP Jones" Is all she says "what's your relationship with Mr. Jones" The police officer asks.

"Daughter now let me see him" Is all she says making the officer nod. She is taken to a room and she sits down till she sees FP brought into the room that's separated by glass. He picks up the phone and so does she.

"Becca I swear I didn't do it" FP says "shut the hell up you idiot I know that" She says blinking so she doesn't cry. "How where you able to see me so fast?" He asks "is a daughter not allowed to visit her dad?" She questions making him chuckle.

"Of course you pulled the daughter card again" FP says "well I mean you raised me sooo" Rebecca says adding onto the so. "But i-" FP starts "it doesn't matter you raised me so you are my dad" She says and FP nods "yeah I guess you are right" FP says and the police officer says times up.

"I'll get you out bye dad" Rebecca says making him laugh again "bye Becca" And FP was escorted out of the room. She leaves and goes to her trailer. Once she gets there she sees the lights on and pulls her gun out of the hem of her pants.

She quietly walks up to trailer and opens the door. She walks in and looks around to see Reggie sleeping on her couch with Casper cuddled on his chest. She quietly says aww as she takes a picture.

She kisses Reggie's forehead and pets Casper Behind the ear. "Goodnight babe" She whispers and goes to her room. She strips out of the clothes she's wearing and puts on her pj's. She climbs into bed and goes to sleep.

About an hour later Reggie wakes up to the lights off and the door locked. He sees his girlfriends bedroom door open and walks in there. Rebecca is peacefully sleeping. He climbs into the bed next to her.

He hugs her which makes Rebecca have her head on his chest and he grabs hand and kisses her forehead "goodnight babygirl I love you" Reggie says as he falls asleep.

~~Time skip~~
The couple is still asleep oblivious to the people standing in Rebecca's living room freaking out over how the couple is sleeping.

Toni is sitting on the couch shaking her head at the Northside students who made her get up this early. Casper comes running out and jumps on Toni while licking her face. "Casper down girl down" Toni says laughing as Casper lays her head in Toni's lap.

Reggie trudges out of Rebecca's room stretching and then rubs his eyes looking at the people in front of him. He blinks... One... Twice... Three times then realizes that there are people standing in front of him.

"What are you doing here?" He hisses in a whisper so he doesn't wake Rebecca up. "Well we hadn't seen you since school and we got the call about what happened to my dad which set Rebecca off because he raised her" Jughead explains to the 6'3 built male who nods and sighs.

It's about three I'm the afternoon and Rebecca is still asleep which amazes the others except toni. "You guys go out I'll stay here" Reggie offers and they nod leaving. Casper cuddles into his side and he pets her between her ears as they wait for Rebecca to wake up.

Hey guys I'm sorry I haven't updated but I am starting a new story and either deleting my other two stories or Discontinuing them. I am going to update this one and the new one I'm going to make. The other two I might hand over to a friend or just leave them how they are.
