3 months later~Dawn

Three months since all that bullshit went down and Karina and I were at her place. She had gotten a good job and so had I. She was working as a bottle girl in some strip club. I was working as a supervisor in a social security office. We weren't living together and had decided to start over. Of course we wer still seeing each other, but we wanted to take things slow. This situation brought us even closer and I know if we got through this, we could get through aything.

Patrick was dead. His body was found in bits floating in the river. The men drowned in that car and were found at the bottom of the river. It hard to say whether I felt bad for him or not. He was in fact a victim of greed. He was a soul-less man. He was a blood hungry monster. That made him just as bad as Rachel and Raul. He played them. They were his puppets. He was the mastermind.

As fot Nika and Karina, their friendship was still going strong. Nika had gotten her a new man that was a car salesman. He was a bit of a dimwod when it came to anything else not car related, but she like him so that's all that mattered.

Things just seemed to take a total 360 since the day Patrick died. Things got so peaceful. Its as if the sun came out and all the rain evaporated.

Its funny how things happened. The woman of my dreams, the one I thought had it all together was actually an evil person and a fraud. The woman I thought was nothing more than a criminal is actually the only woman I want. I didn't even think Karina and I would be together. We're so different and I know I'm not her usual type, but I'll be whatever she needs me to be. I know I may not be a criminal, nor am I a thug, but if she needs me to be, I can be, HER BAD GIRL.
