"Two Tickets For The Game Please?" Jenifer Was Saying To The Recpectionest. "$42.40? Thanks". "Hold On," Jen told him rummaging threw her purse.

"Jen i got," I smiled waving the money in her face. "No, i'm paying!" Jen progrestes pulling my hand down. "It's no big deal, i'll pay."

I reasure her. "My idea to watch the game, i'll pay" Jenifer argued back raising a eye brow at me. I shook my head at her. "But i insist." I smile attepting to pay.

"No, no, no.."

5 minutes later.

"Let me play Jen,"

"No, i got this."

"Jeez move your cute butt of of the way!" I laughed pushing her a little. "You think my butts cute?" Jen blushed winking at me jokinly. "Hell ye--"

"Excuse me, could one of you just pay, there's a que." The receptionist guy barked, obiously annoyed. "Yeah sure sorry," I say appologectally handing him the money. "Finally!" He murmurs, handing us our tickets.

"You didn't have to do that, i had it." Jen smiled at me, as we entered the court. "I wanted to, it's no biggie" I smirked nudging her shoulder. "Well i'm getting the snacks, no ifs or butts about it!" Jenifer warned sticking her tounge out at me. "Fine, fine." I agreed, sitting down in our seats.

The game was about to start.

"I got popcorn, hot dogs and nacho's because who watches a basket ball game without nachos?" Jen was saying sitting Down beside me her arms full. "Very good point,' I grinned grabbing a nacho tasting it in all it's cheesy glory. "So when's this thing gonna start?" I asked chewing still my eyes on the empty court. "Thing?" Jennifer paused looking at me wide eyed. I nodded at her not quite understanding why she mimicked me. "that thing is called basket ball!" She tells me In a defending tone. I raised a brow at her and smile. "okay, mrs basket ball police, when does it start cos we've been waiting like twenty minutes."

"It should start in like five," Jen smiled holding out five fingers.

And it did. soon basket ball players rushed to the count, all of them holding there hands up while the crowds cheered, it was hectic. but at the same time exciting, last time I was at a game I was only a child around ten, maybe less. Dad and mum brought me, that was when they were still together. the more I thought of them, the more I realised how much I missed them both of them.

"Popcorn?" Jennifer offered her eyes glued to the court. "Na, I'm good thanks."

"Sure, not gonna be any left soon!" she exclaimed holding the half eating box of popcorn up. I smiled at her rolling my eyes and grabbed a hand full.

"Hay, I said a popcorn not the whole box!" Jen laughed pulling the box away. I swallowed, and grinned wide at her. rolling her eyes, she turned her attention back to the game. I sighed a little, and shuffled back into my seat.

"Buzz"

My phone vibrated.

My eyes instantly fell to the caller ID 'Jake'💋

Without sparing a second glance I pressed it to my ear and answered.

"Hay, baby I missed you," I say instantly, the goofy smile on my lips growing bigger when I heard his voice.

"I missed you more," he states huskily.

"I don't think that's possible" I grinned butterflies tying knots in my stomach.

He chuckled.

"I love you,"

And that set my heart into overdrive.
