"Mum, for the one hundred time good bye,"
I chuckled hugging my mother goodbye again for the millionth time. She was my ride to the airport. I was moving to Manhattan New York, to stay with my Dad for the rest or the year."I'm just going to miss you is all, Florida isn't going to be the same without you." Mum whimpered into my shoulder holding me tight.
"Mum, pull yourself together," I smiled at her pulling away.
"I'll speak to you soon, I love you, now please let me go before I miss my flight," I grin grabbing hold of my over sized suit case.
"Okay, I love you sweet pea, call me!" I watched as a single tear fell down her rosy cheeks. "Awe Mum, C'mon no tears." I say giving her an reassuring smile. "I'm sorry, I'm just going to miss you so damn much."
"Did you just say damn?"
"What you think just cause I'm old, I don't use slang words?"
Laughter escaped my lips at her statement. I "Love You," I whimpered giving her one last hug goodbye before I started crying two.
I pressed my lips to her cheek firmly and smiled. "I'll call you when I land okay?" I drop my arms from around her and turn to grab my bags. "Love you," I say before darting off
In the crowded airport in search of my plane.I am going to miss her.
A lot.

Can all passengers please fasten your seat belts, we are about to take off -
I plugged in my head phones, letting Taylor Swifts "22" fill my mind. I hated flying, mostly because I was scared of heights a little. Okay, a lot. Lets just hope I dose off before we get in the air, then I won't have to panic the whole flight. I then felt a shudder fly through the plane.
What was that?
Snapped my subconscious making me jump from my seat, the nerves getting the better of me. "It's just the planes engines starting up madam, please take your seat. everything's fine," reassured the flight attendant placing one hand on my shoulder and smiling at me sweetly. I suddenly felt like a child.
"Oh, okay... better safe then sorry, right?"
I fake laugh sitting myself back into my seat awkwardly. the flight attendant gave me one of those sweet smiles that you give to a complete weirdo that your trying to avoid in the best manner possible. I turned my attention back to my iPod shoving my head phones back in my ears.
"I'm telling you she's in my seat!"
I'm sorry sir, but theirs nothing we can do."
And what am I expected to do? sit on the floor?
Some guy, was clearly having some kind of dispute with the flight attendants over a seat.
he sounds like a real douche! My mind whispers to me.
"No we don't."
"Then what?"
"Sir it would be much easier if you just took the seat next to her."
They continued to argue. I know its not nice to ears-drop but hey I'm bored and need something to occupy my mind.
"Fine."
"OH, he sounds pissed!" I laugh to myself adjusting my seat.
"Excuse me?"
My eyes darted upwards, to meet, a rather handsome stranger. He was tall, dark and incredibly handsome, with the most beautiful chocolate brown eyes. I automatically, started to flash my eye lashes at him in an attempted to look seducing. I ran a hand through my dark tangled hair.
