The Hole In The Sky

The hole in the sky can make anything appear for the special someone but it cannot make things disappear. If you wanted to leave than you couldn't. There was only one way that you could leave, that is if the person who brought you there was satisfied with the place and had a heart. The heart had to be kind and caring. They would've had to have felt, cared for.

Tom's P.O.V

As we continued to walk, I got pulled to the side by Tori. "Hey, so you said that your name is Tom, right?" "Uh, yeah?" "So Tord's your brother?" "Yep." "Hmm, you must really love him to go out into the dark to save him?" "Yeah . . . " "What's wrong?" "Oh, nothing!" "You could've died from doing that!" "Yeah." "I wish that I had a friend who would do that for me." "Hmm, well can I go back with my friends now?" "Fine."

I walked back over to where Tord, Matt, and Edd were. They didn't get that far away from where I was.

Tord's P.O.V

I looked over at Tom and noticed that Tori was behind him. "Hey, your name is Tord, right?" "Uh, yeah." "Come over here for a minute." I moved away from the three, and backed up so that I was next to Tori. "What is it that you need?" "Look, Tord, I already know that Tom is not your brother, so I would like to know what he is to you?" "My enemy." "Really?" "Yeah." "But he risked his life to save you, that doesn't seem right." "Well, even if he risked his life, he did a terrible job staying alive, if it wasn't for me, he would be dead right now." "Seriously, look at yourself." " . . . " "Who was the one who helped you get patched up? " "Tom." I said quietly.

"Well still, I feel like you still hate him after what you two did for each other." " Yeah, by the way, how did you know that Tom bandaged me up?" Tori pointed to her head. "Just some random guesses that were on point." She said as she walked back to her little group.

After a while we made it to a lake. The water was just how I imagined it. It was a sky blue, with little flowers in it. Below the water, the ground had a bunch of flowers carved into it. We all watched as the wind blew new tiny waves into the water. We all sat by the water and talked for a while.

I looked around at the two groups, at this moment I didn't feel well. I stood up and snuck away from the rest. I went far away from them and found a place to stop by. I felt a pain in my head and stomach. I felt light headed and dizzy. There was a burning feeling piling up in my throat. Then out of nowhere, I just started to throw up.

This went on for a few minutes before hearing a voice behind myself. I turned around to see Tom with a confused face. "I saw you leave and so I came to check on you, are you ok?" " Yeah, I just feel like I'm in a lot of pain." "Do you want to go back to the house?" " No, I think I can handle the rest of the day with you guys." "Uh, ok , are you done?" " Yeah." "Ok, let's go."

We went back to the group and pretended like nothing happened. For the majority of the day Edd and Ell played with the new cat, Tamara, Matilda, and Matt talked, Tori and Tom were talking about something, and I was resting by the lake. At this point, I was wondering if there really was anything else that we could do, but I know this place has loads of new and beautiful things all around we just have to find them all without losing any lives in the night.
