The Purple Monster

He can be good, he can be helpful, he can be nice, he can be vicious. Though he can do these things, there is always something bad to good things. He will let you go only if you're safe, he will let you fight only if he is by your side, he will let you win only if you can celebrate about it. If things get too awkward or need to be handled, he will help with this type of situation

The Help

Tord's P.O.V

     I kept on running, looking for any clues to finding the rest. After a while of running, my legs got tired and I just completely stopped running. I felt a grip around my body, and soon enough I was in Tom's grasp. "Tom, hold on, wait just let me save them!" Tom made a low growl at me. "If you want you can help too?" Tom smiled, showing his teeth and nodded his head while wagging his tail and started to run towards the cave.

     When we made it to the cave, Tom put me down as we started to search for everyone. I ventured around until I found a part of the cave that I hadn't seen before. "Tom, look!" Tom ran towards me and wrapped his arm around me, trying to protect me. "No, it's okay, there is nothing here that's going to attack us, just look, this is new." I walked inside and looked around. "Hello!" I called out, hearing my voice echoing back to myself. "Hello?" I heard something call back. I couldn't tell if it was someone or if it was just my voice still echoing. I ran in to get closer to the voice, Tom chased after me. I made it to where it was pitch black, but I still kept hearing someone calling out.

"Hello, who's there?" "It's me, Edd, I'm with Matt!" "Okay, this is Tord you're talking to, I'm with Tom, but don't worry, Tom looks kinda scary right now so don't get freaked out." I turned toward where I thought Tom was standing. "Hey Tom, do you have anything that can light up the pl-" Before I could finish my sentence, Tom's eyes began to glow brighter. "Oh, well then, thank you." Tom made a satisfied noise and wrapped his tail around me. "Okay, guys follow the light." I looked over at Matt and Edd to find them shivering in fear, the expressions on their faces showed pure terror.

     I reached my hand out to them and Edd reached out slowly and grabbed on, Matt grabbed Edd by his hoodie as they both got up. "Guys, it's okay, he won't hurt you guys." You sure?" Edd said as he held on to Matt. "Yes, he hasn't done anything to me." Out of nowhere, I felt the tail around me shrink and get looser. I turned around to find Tom looking somewhat normal. He looked exactly like he did when he was fighting that monster.

"What the, what's going on, where am I?" "Hey Tom, it's okay I'll explain everything later, right now we are trying to save the others . . . yeah." "what was that pause for?" "Um, well Matt . . . Edd, Matilda was killed." "What!?" Edd yelled. "No!" Matt screamed. "Yeah, that did happen." Tom said looking down. "If we hadn't talked to the girls, that wouldn't have happened!" "Tord, I'm sorry." "Just, let's look for the rest." "I'm gonna miss my twin." Matt said pouting. "Let's forget about her at this point!" 

"Tord, are okay?" Matt asked. "Yes I am fine it's not like we just lost someone part of this world." "Tord?" Edd said. "I can't believe out of all the girls, we just had to lose Matilda, the rest are important to-" "Then why don't we continue looking for the rest so we don't lose them too." Tom said placing his hand on my shoulder. "Yeah, sorry about that." "Why can't you just create another one?" "It's not as easy as that, even if I do, it would take days for her to actually reappear, and she wouldn't remember anything." "Oh, I'm sorry."

"Let's just get out of here and look for the others." I said speed walking out of the dark and into the light. We exited the cave and went out looking for what remained of the girls.
