Chapter 4

Bridget's P.O.V

Teresa got up with a sigh and went to open the door. A boy that had tan skin dark hair and dark eyes came inside, he was really cute and was just wearing a plain white shirt with his sleeves rolled up and some black jeans.

"Umm hey Teresa, sorry for being late," Calum said.

"It's ok," Teresa said nervously.

"Oh I see now he likes her too! why else will he be shy around her and I heard he is really cool but shy," I thought to my self. Calum said hi to Luke and I then he grabbed Teresa's hand and just went to the side of the room, Teresa's face was really red and I could see Calum blushing too, but hiding his blush.

"So, should we start to?" I asked Luke.

"Um yea," I said.

"So do you get the lesson?"

"No.... it's really confusing," I said.

"Don't worry I'll teach you it in no time," he said softly.

He was still teaching me till like one and we had lunch and then after lunch we started again and he was teaching so well he taught better then our teacher, I understood him really well. It was 6:00 and it was getting dark and we forgot about the time and then it started raining. his house was really close to mine so it didn't matter when he left. His house was like about four houses away from mine.

After I finally got the freaking lesson it was like 7:30, then Calum and Teresa decided to leave and work tomorrow. But Luke and I barely got the lesson thoroughly and then we decided to do the presentation first we were thinking what kind of presentation it should be and other things. It was 8:15, and my parents weren't gone because my dad had to go to a business meeting in another city and my mom had to go to one of her family members house because they were in the hospital. So I was just alone and it was raining and there was thunder to, I had a huge fear of thunder and lighting so it freaked me out. When their was a loud noise of thunder I grabbed onto Luke's arm and he kind of got shocked.

"Are you afraid of the lighting?" he asked with a hushed voice.

"Kind of.." I said.

"Don't worry nothing will happen long as I'm here," he said chuckling.

I noticed that I was still holding his arm tightly and I had butterflies in my stomach when he said that.

Then it got really dark and he started packing to go home.

"Do you want to spend the night here?" I asked as I was praying in my head that he said yes so I won't be lonely, because I knew my parents won't be coming home for about two or three days.

"If that's ok with you," he said.

"Sure and I'm afraid of the thunder, plus no one is home."

"Ok."

I gave gave him some of my dad's clothes and he changed and asked where he could sleep.

"Oh there's a room down the hallway you could sleep there if you want to."

"Ok that's fine" he said while giving a smile.

When he went to his room I felt more secure thinking that I had someone else in the house and then I took out my phone to text Teresa.

"Hey why did you leave me alone! I told you my parents aren't going to be here." I texted her angrily.

"Oh sorry I forgot! do you want me to come right now?" she said.

"No it's like the middle of he night and I already have Luke." I said.

"What! a boy?"

"Yea so?"

"So you rather have Luke then me?!"

"Whatever,"

"Shut up, I know why you invited him to stay over you like him don't you?" she said.

"No I don't he's just a friend!" I said.

"Suuuure and tell me all the details tomorrow Bye,"she said.

"Shut up," I said and then put down my phone.
