Chapter 23

I might not describe Teresa's and Calum's date that much. But I will still write some cute and romantic parts! 😉 so don't worry!!!

Bridget's P.O.V

He was in freaking boxers. I couldn't stop staring at him. Thank god he was on his phone and didn't notice. I stopped staring before he can catch me.

"I thought you were going to change into something 'comfy' not strip!" I said.

He looked up from his phone and said "oh..but these are comfy."

"Ok whatever Lukey," I said and he blushed. we both sat down on the couch and watched my favorite movie ever. Frankenweenie. I just love watching sad movies, because I never cry regularly. I just like watching them because they give me a reason to cry.

We got comfy sitting next to each other, not that close though we were like five inches away from each other. Luke had a blanket on because it was really cold and I just grabbed the popcorn and the movie started. Alittle while later I felt hot so I was going to my room go put on something light.

"I'm going to go change into something light, k?" I said getting up.

"Ok I'll pause the movie," Luke said while taking his phone out his pocket.

I went upstairs to my room and got my baby pink pajama shorts and my black sports bra. I put them on my bed and go to the bathroom to just wash my face because it was all red and messy because of crying. I love dogs so of course I'll cry. I come out of my bathroom and take my leggings off and wear my pajama shorts and then I take off my sweatshirt and Luke walks in. (😆 this is so cute and funny)

"OMG!!! LUKE!!! YOU PERVERT!!" I yelled as loud as I could.

"Oh sorry!!!!" he said turning around. Oh my god I was just wearing a bra. this must be the hundredth time he walked in on me changing (just kidding not a 'hundredth' 😜)

I took my sports bra and went into the bathroom quickly to change bras. I quickly slipped it on and went outside.

"Why are you in my room anyways?" I asked him while walking towards him.

"Um...Ashton was texting me and he told me to tell you he said hi." he said trying not to make any eye contact with me. "And why do you always call me a pervert?" he asked while looking at me now.

"Because you are one," I said while heading downstairs as he followed me.

"Who wouldn't be a pervert, around you," he said mumbling under his breathe.

"What did you say?" I asked even though I heard him.

"Nothing," he said while blushing. He looked too cute!

So we got back to the living room and we sat closer and played the movie. I was crying like a maniac and Luke was cuddling with me. He wasn't crying at all. The movie ended and I wiped my tears.

"Why didn't you cry?" I said still trying to clean my face.

"I don't know it was sad, but I'm a MAN," he said giggling.

"Men don't giggle," I said punching his arm playfully.

"Shut up!" he said pouting.

"Ok next movie is my choice since you picked the first one." he said.

"Um ok?" I said.

He put in the movie and the credits started." Ashton told me about this movie." he said.

Luke's P.O.V

Ashton told me to play a scary movie for some reason. I don't know why. I personally don't like scary movies, not because I'm scared but they're just really stupid.
"What movie is it Luke?" Bri asked me cuddling with the blanket.

"Sinister." I said while getting the popcorn.

"No Luke! I hate scary movies, they give me nightmares." she said looking into my eyes.

"It's ok Bri, I'm here with you," I said. Oh now I know why Ashton told me to watch a scary movie with her. He's so good with girls. I should of asked him for advise instead of Calum.

We were cuddled up with each other and suddenly Bri's phone buzzed, which scared the living hell out of us. She took it out and checked it and it was a text. She smiled and replied back and put it away.

"Who was that?" I asked.

"My boyfriend," she said.

My jaw hit the ground and I felt heartbroken.

"What?" I said a little too dramatically.

"I'm just kidding, it was Teresa and she said she just got home from her date with Calum." she said smiling.

"What that quick? what time is it?" I said while taking out my phone to check the time. it was 1:43.
"Dang it's that late," I said.

"Oh look and it's raining." she said.
Suddenly we heard thunder and she jumped on my lap quickly and buried her face in my chest while hugging me really tight and she was shivering.

"What happened Bri?" I asked.

"Thunder..... I'm afraid of thunder." she said still hugging me.

I hugged her back and said," it's ok Bri I'm here with you. Let's stop the movie here and get some sleep ok?"

"Ok," she said while she got off my lap.

"No it's ok, I'll carry you." I said.

"Are you sure? I'm kind of heavy," she said.

"No you aren't heavy and it will be my pleasure."

"Ok if you say so," she said while opening her arms. I picked her up bridal style and took her upstairs to her room.
