Chapter 12

Bridget's P.O.V

When I was done doing my make up and getting ready, I grabbed Luke's hand and headed downstairs and grabbed an apple and told my mom I was going to a friends house.

"Ok bye honey, be home by 10." my mom said.

"Sure mom, or I might stay at teresa's house, if I do I'll call you." I said while eating my apple and Luke was putting his shoes on.

"Ok hun," she said.

-At Calum's house-

Everyone was there. Teresa,Michael,Macy,Ashton, Luke, me, and of course Calum.

We all sat in the living room sofa while Calum's mom was making food in the kitchen. Calum sat by Teresa on the three person and Michael sat by them being the third wheel. I could see that Teresa has got more comfortable with Calum and now they're almost like best friends, like Luke and I. I sat on one person couch while Macy, Ashton and Luke sat together on the other three person couch.

"Ok so why you did you invite us here Calum?" Luke says.

"Nothing just wanted to hang." Calum said.

"So whose going to the dance?" Macy said.

"Oh Calum just asked me to go with him a few minutes ago," Teresa said.

"What?!?!? and you didn't tell me!" I said happily.

"Yea I'll tell you the details later!" Teresa said.

"Um yea she going with me!" Calum said blushing.

"Finally you had the balls to ask her." Michael said.

"Yea," we all said in unison except Teresa and Calum.

"What about you Michael?" Ashton says.

"Oh I'm going with Monica," Michael says.

"Monica?" everyone says confused.

"Oh she's my neighbor and my best friend so I just asked her, oh and she goes to a different school." he said.

"What about you Luke?" Teresa asks curiously.

"No one actually," he said. I swear I saw Macy's face light up.

"Oh if you're not going with anyone you want to go with me Luke?" Macy asks.

"Umm sure??" Luke says. I got so mad! and Teresa was signaling me calm down, which I did.

"Who are you going with Bri? Calum asked.

"No one." I said.

"Me neither. you wanna go with me?" Aston said while winking.

I winked back. "of course!" I said happily.

Ashton's P.O.V

I asked Bri to go to the dance with me and she said yes and I also aw Luke stiffen. I knew that Bri liked Luke and Luke liked her and I had a plan to unite them. Everyone starts talking about other stuff and I asked Bri if I could talk to her in private. She agreed.

"Hey you know why I'm taking you to the dance right?" I said.

"No why?" she said confused.

"To make Luke jealous! duhhh." I said.

"Ohhhh! Um ok" she said cheerfully. We went back to the others and then after a while it was getting dark and we all decided to leave.

Bri called her mom and decided to stay at Teresa's house.

Back to Bridget's P.O.V

Teresa and I were driving to her house and she told me how Calum asked her to the dance and how he liked her a lot. Then we reached her house and went in got snacks and went in Teresa's room and I told her how I was mad Macy asked Luke to the dance and how Ashton had a plan to make Luke jealous. she was really amused.

I woke up at ten and Teresa was up and was downstairs eating breakfast. I said hi to her mom and had breakfast and stayed for a hour more and then left. we still had about 1 1/2 weeks left until the dance. So I won't have to worry about it for a couple of days.

-2 days later-

Luke and me became like the bestest friends really quickly and he kind of lived at my house he had like some of his shirts at my house and I wore them all the time and he would come to my house at night when he came from one of his friends house late and his mom won't let him in. We just were really close now and we haven't thought about the dance nor talked about it in the previous days.
