Chapter 28

Bridget's P.O.V

"Ok I'm going to get snacks," I said and walked to the kitchen.

"I'll help" Macy said.

"Sure, and Luke pick a movie we can watch."

"Ok Bri" he said and got up.

"Can I stay for the night? my parents aren't home and I'll feel lonely. I know we aren't exactly friends but please?" Macy said while getting the popcorn.

"Um yea sure, it's ok and Luke might stay to. is that ok with you?" I hope she says no that she doesn't want to stay because of Luke.

"That will be great!" she said. What?! Oh my god I forgot that she likes him. I slapped my forehead mentally. I'm so stupid.

We got everything and went back to the living room. Luke picked a random movie. It was the breakfast club, I never seen it before so I hope I like it.

I sat on the main three person couch and Luke came and sat next to me and I swear I saw Macy twitch. We were so comfortable with each other that sitting this close was normal. She just sat on the other side of me. so I was in the middle and Luke was to my left and Macy was to my right.

It was 9:35 and the movie ended. It was raining really fast and suddenly I heard thunder and jumper on Luke's lap.

" Oh my god thunder!" I yelled and hugged Luke as hard as I could and hid my face in his chest.

He rubbed my back and said " it's ok Bri, I'll protect you." I blushed and he just hugged me.

"Yea it's ok it's just thunder." Macy said. (Way to go and ruin the moment Macy).

"I think we should get some shut eye or just go to your room and play games." Luke said.

"Yea that's a good idea." Macy said.

"Ok," I said getting out of Luke's lap.

"Do you want me to carry you?" Luke asked me.

"No I'm good." I said and we all stood up and then I heard thunder and jumped in Luke's arms and hid my face in his chest while my arms were wrapped around his neck.

"I guess I'll carry you" he said and Macy just frowned and followed us upstairs. Jealous much.

He put me gently down on the bed and said, " Do you want me to stay for the night?"

"If you want to and Macy is staying tonight." I said hoping he'll would want to stay.

"Ok then I'll go and change," he said.

"No only boxers Luke, wear some real clothes or you'll scare Macy," I said jokingly.

"Sure like it scared you," he said winking.

"It's ok if you just were boxers," Macy said while blushing. Hell no.

"Just wear my dad's sweats pretty boy,' I said.

"Ok whatever." He said. We were all sleeping in the same room because of my fear of thunder.

He went outside and I asked Macy if she wanted any clothes. She said yes.

"Ok go ahead and pick something," I said opening my pajama drawer. she picked my light creamy orange pajama shorts and a baby pink tank top and let her hair open. Her hair went to her shoulder so it was really short so she just let it be.
