Chapter Sixteen

~Sunday

We got back to the hotel and was leaning up against my door. We were holding hands and I couldn't help but look at how our hands intertwined.

I actually like this feeling right now. It kinda scares me, I never had this feeling before towards another person. I get butterflies whenever I hear his voice or near him.

I felt something poke me in my back and I grabbed it. It was a Do Not Disturb sign, this means only one Gem and Duke probably getting it in.

I rolled my eyes and put it back on the door. I look up to see a smirk on Zaire face. Hope this boy know he not getting none.

He pulled me into his room and I instantly got nervous. I stood there and look around the room trying to focus on something.

"Why you just standing there" he asked me studying my face.

"Im sorry, Im just-- "

"Nervous, scared, unsure"

"Yeah, a little"

"You don't have to be ma, Im not gone hurt you I put my life on that. I just wanna chill with you tho nothing else."

"Im sorry"

"You have nothing to be sorry about, you better off in here then over there, Im pretty sure your sister and my nigga fucking." he said laughing. I started laughing too because it was probably true.

He walked over to the dresser and pulled out a pair of basketball shorts and a white t and handed them to me. I got up and went in the bathroom and prepared to take a shower.

After I took a shower I hopped out and lotioned up and put on the clothes I was given. I walked out and Zaire walked in.

I sat on the bed and looked for a movie to watch. After twenty minutes of  looking for a movie I settled on Think like a Man.

I laid down and got comfortable. I was so into the movie that I didn't even realize Zaire came bact and had his head in my lap. I started playing with his hair as I continued to watch the movie.

After while I felt my eyes getting heavy.

I was up watching Think like a Man with Sunday, when she started playing with my hair. I ain't lie it felt really good. After while she stopped and I looked up and she was sleep.

I got up and laid beside her finishing the movie before falling asleep.

I woke the next morning to find Sunday head on my chest and her arms wrapped around me. She looked so beautiful when she sleeps, I swear she slowly stealing my heart.

The door come open fast and in walks Duke and Gem being all loud. I shot them a dirty look.

"Oh shit, my bad I didn't know y'all was sleep" Duke said whispering.

"Too late now you done woke me up" Sunday said stretching.

"So what y'all did last night" I asked Duke looking back and forth between him and Gem. I looked at Gems face and she was blushing. Busted.

"Man we ain't do nothing but chill last night" Duke said scratching the back of his head.

"Why you lying my dude I heard last night, yall was pretty loud. I ain't know you was a screamer dude." I said laughing.

"Best believe he was screaming I laid my shit down right" Gem mumbled under her breathe. "Sunday come on get ready remember its a girls day today."

Sunday  got up and followed Gem out the room leaving me and Duke by ourselves.

"Guess its a bro day"

"Yeah, I guess give me about half an hour to get dress" I said giving him a dap.
