Today couldn't have gone any worse in Harry's opinion.

Like every morning, he got up before Louis. He hopped in the shower, made himself cereal, checked on the kids, and got ready to leave for work. Most mornings everyone was still asleep when he left, but he always made sure to give Louis and the twins a kiss good bye.

After leaving the twins room, he gently kissed Louis' cheek muttering a small 'have a good day love', before leaving off for work.

The drive to the large skyscraper was only twenty minutes away. Harry worked smack in the middle of the city, in the biggest building to boot. To say he was lucky to make his way up to being the chief executive editor was an understatement. Anything and everything had to be passed by Harry. He was the boss of hundreds of editors.

By the time he got to the building, his assistant was already waiting eagerly for him at the front door. "Good morning Mr. Styles" he smiled, reaching a hand out to take his jacket.

"Anthony" Harry nodded, walking to the elevator doors with the young boy trailing quickly behind him. His office was on the second highest floor, and he hoped to one day work his way up to the top floor, which meant a promotion up to CEO.

Being the CEO of the company was Harry's dream, but that only meant he had to work harder than ever before. He'd have to work nights and even weekends, something he wasn't sure he wanted to commit to.

"You have a video conference with a local newspaper company today at one pm, they're looking for our company to take over publishing rights" Anthony informed him.

Harry hummed, stepping out of the elevator once the doors had opened. "Thank you Anthony" he smiled. He wasn't the typical 'scary boss'. He treats everyone equally, and didn't believe in overworking the 'little guys'.

"You're welcome sir" he smiled, following him into his office. Once Harry sat down at his desk as Anthony placed his coat onto the coat hook behind the door.

"How was your weekend?" Harry asked, while turning on his computer. Several emails popped up, but they weren't too important.

"Good! Got to go home and see my family for the weekend. What about you Mr. Styles?" Anthony asked.

"Uh, it was good" he smiled, thinking back to the terrible weekend. Louis was upset because Harry was too exhausted to take the kids out for the day on Sunday.

In all honesty, Louis' attitude was really pissing Harry off. Louis wasn't considerate towards Harry's work schedule, and lately if he didn't get his way all hell would break loose.

"Do anything fun?" Anthony asked curiously.

"Not really. Went shopping with Louis on Saturday, and stayed in on Sunday" Harry mumbled, leaning his cheek on his fist while he scrolled through emails.

"Well that seems nice. Tell Louis he needs to come visit, I miss the lad" Anthony grinned. He hadn't seen Louis since the last time he came and brought Harry lunch, which was like three months ago.

"I will" Harry nodded.

And that's pretty much how Harry's mornings went. Emails, coffee, meetings and more coffee. Some afternoons Harry would call a group meeting in the office during lunch, just to catch up with all of his workers and such.

It was just before lunch, and everything was running the same as always. Almost like clock work.

He'd go into his bag and pull out his lunch, which Louis put together for him the night before. FaceTime Louis while the kids were taking a nap, and then go back to his work. He'd call Louis everyday at 1pm, and each time Louis answered the call with a huge smile on his face (despite him being a sassy brat lately).
