Jughead POV

I was on my way back home after picking Juliet up from school, we were talking about her day, when I crossed paths with people I thought I'd never see again. Toni and Sweet Pea. We looked at each other for a while and then Juliet broke the silence with a quiet whisper. "Daddy? Who's this?" She asked. "I'm Toni. This is Sweet Pea. We know your dad from a while back." Toni said shaking Juliet's hand. "So Jones. Did you show that little one your tattoo?" Sweet Pea smirked. I stared at him. Why the hell would he say that?! He knows I hate Bringing that up! Even in front of Betty! "What tattoo Daddy?" Juliet asked. "N-Nothing sweetie.. Just..- I looked around and caught Cheryl, sitting at a park bench watching her kids play. "Go over to Auntie Cheryl for a bit and dont wander off.." I said. She hugged me and ran over to Cheryl and must've told her what happened, because Cheryl looked at me and nodded. I turned back to the two old flames in front of me. "Why the hell would you say that in front of her Pea?!" I demanded.

Random POV switch (Narrator)

"Because. Jones, You left us. We would die for you and you left our gang to go be with that bimbo northsider. Now here you are man! With a child! You could have had our backs for as long as we live Jones. And we sure as hell would've had yours! I want that little princess of yours to grow up and face the same dept as you did. And make her life way f*cking worse than yours was. You abandoned us, Jughead. Hope your daughter grows up to be just as bad as you are. And your lucky we serpents have morals. Or else you'd be planning her funeral in a few years. See you Jones. Reflect off what you did. And remember. Once a serpent, always a serpent, you just abandoned us Jones. But you're still one of us as long as that tattoo is on your arm and that venom is in your veins. But you gotta earn our trust: Consider that jacket. But you still left us. Bye Forsythre." Sweet Pea rambled. Then walked away with Toni. Who slipped him her number before she left. Jughead stood there shook. He shook his head and walked over to the park where he saw Cheryl watching Juliet and Gillian. . "Thanks Cheryl." Jughead said. Cheryl nodded. "What do they want now?" She asked. "They want Juliet's life to be the same as mine was." He sighed taking a seat next to her on the bench. Her eyes widened and Gillian and Juliet came trotting over. "Momma! Momma! Can Juliet sleep over tonight??" The six year old pleaded. Juliet smiled and Cheryl checked her phone. It was Friday, meaning she had no plans. "Well girls if it's okay with Juliet's daddy and mommy, she can sleepover and Maybe Auntie Betty and Auntie Ronnie can come over too so we can have a girls night?" Cheryl suggested. The girls jumped up and down smiling. "And Reggie, (Cheryl's Baby daddy😂😏😏), And Archie can come over to my place for a dude's night." Jughead nodded. "So.. izza yes??!" Gillian asked. "Yep." Jughead and Cheryl nodded. "We just have to tell Betty and Veronica and the boys." Cheryl said. "Yay!!!!"

That Night

"Cmon mommy!! It's time to go to Auntie Cheryl's!!" Juliet hollered as she dragged Betty out the door. "Bye Dada!!!" Juliet shouted. "Wait what?! No goodbye kisses??" Jughead fake complained. Juliet ran back up to her father and kissed his cheek before joining her mother in the car. They waved bye to Jughead and as if on cue, Reggie pulled up in his car. The two had sorted shit out and are friends and Archie came in his car soon after. The guys sat down and watched TV and talked. "Last night Ronnie was friggin trying to seduce me and Macy ran in yelling that Nemo (doge) had stolen her teddy bear then ran in circles." Archie claimed and the guys shared a laugh. "On another note I saw Toni and Pea on my way back from picking Juliet up. Apparently Sweet Pea was pissed that I left the serpents and wants Juliet to grow up like I did. And pay some dept?" Jughead claimed with a shudder. "What the hell man? Sweet Pea? That dude is basically me  in high school! A complete douche. You know Juliet isn't gonna grow up like that right?" Reggie said. Archie nodded "Sure as hell not. I mean Sweet Pea hangs out with Toni, tries to get with her even though she has a girlfriend? I mean, you got family and friends. Juliet looks up to ya now. Not your past self." Jughead nodded. "Thanks guys. I needed that." Then the TV started playing

🎶 So no one told you life was gonna be this way..👏👏👏👏👏🎶

And then they watched friends until 11 at night when Betty came home and got a call from Archie. "Juliet isn't gonna pay that dept that you did Juggie. I know it." She said stroking his cheek. " I know she isn't. Cause she has you Betts."

"No. Because She has us"
