Juliet POV

"Will everyone please move your tassels to the left." Principal Weatherbee announced. I glanced at Macy and we reached over Jamal Kikyo to hold hands. "Congratulations Class of 2024!!" He bellowed and hats flew up and cheers were heard all around. "Macy We did it!! Uggh! School is over, until college and life is good!!!" I screamed. Macy laughed and we hugged until our parents and Geo walked up to us. "Awwww my baby...." Dad cried pulling Me close. "Dad, don't worry, It's not like I'm getting married." I  sighed hugging him back. "I dread that day." He sighed holding her shoulders. "Congratulations my baby."  Mom hugged me twice as long and Auntie Veronica squeaked "Jones Family photo!!!" We lined up and she took a photo to send to mom. "Lemme see!" I scurried over and peered over Macy. "Who's the creep looking at you from far away Jules?" She zoomed in on the photo, onto a man looking straight at us. "Oh my lord." Auntie V took her phone and ran to my dad and mom. Geo pulled me back and pointed at a man, the one in the photo, approaching me. In real life. I nearly screamed and ran behind my dad as he came closer to me. "Jules what the hell, are you okay, is someon- DAD?!" Dad exclaimed looking at the mysterious man, who I just noticed had a serpent Jacket on. The north side v. South side battle is over, but my parents said the serpents turned bad after they became associated with the Goulies. "Daddy, he has a serpent jacket on!" I heard Macy almost s scream at Uncle Archie. "The hell what's he doing here?" I heard as Macy hid next to me, behind Geo who ran in front as soon as my dad stepped away. We were in the "outskirts" of the parking lot, the only spot our parents could find, so naturally, no one payed attention to us. Uncle Kevin and Liam strolled up and Uncle Kev stopped in his tracks while staring at the serpent. "Okay kids calm down, we know him." Uncle Kev reassured us, leaving Liam behind and joining the other adults. We tried to calm down by making small talk, but I know we were all freaking out .

Meanwhile...
Narrator

"Dad, why the hell are you here? To scare our kids half to death? You know sure as hell you can't wear that serpent jacket in front of them, and you were banned from seeing Juliet since she was born!" Jughead whisper yelled.  Betty placed her hand on his shoulder and the three other adults stared and were shocked. FP had lost the trust of his son and daughter in law when he had got the serpents to join the Goulies. "I wanna meet my granddaughter, Jug."  FP said shoving his son out of the way and sneaking up behind Juliet. Macy, who was standing in front of Juliet, froze and screamed. FP grabbed Juliets shoulder and spinned her around. "Hey granddaughter." He said, in an almost demonic voice. FP changed for a solid year, but made a drunk decision with the Goulies, and went along, while Jughead dropped out, a day later. Juliet screamed, grabbing the attention of everyone. Jughead pulled his dad away from Juliet and looked in his eyes. When he noticed they were shock red, and he smelled like alcohol. "Dad what the hell? Are you Fckin' High?" He yelled just as the police came and began to tug FP away "YOUR GONNA SEND YOURE OLD MAN YO PRISON AGAIN, HUH JUG? REMEMBER YOU WERE ONE OF US? HUH? YOU LEADED THEM JUG! YOU GOT THE GODDAMN TATTOO! YOU DID THE INITIATION! YOU STILL GOT THAT JACKET DONT YOU? REMEMBER ITS IN YOUR BLOOD!!" FP bellowed in a raspy voice. The kids now cowered next to Archie, Macy and Geo practically holding him back. When FP got associated with the Goulies, he almost got Veronica arrested, claiming she worked with her father, with fake proof. "Daddy, calm down. He's going in the police car now." Macy said, pointing at FP yelling through the window of the car. Juliet looked scared confused and on the verge of crying. "Let's go to the Jones residence to discuss shall we?" Betty whispered. Everyone nodded and went into their parents cars.

*Later

"He was high. He was Fckin high. He probably doesn't know he got here." Jughead said. Everyone had left,andBetty and Jughead had been talking for hours, and had settled that FP was locked away now, and was high. But their main concern was Juliet, who was In her room with Macy, who had been allowed to sleep over. " I gotta talk to Juliet." He signed giving Betty a kiss. He made it to his daughter's room and knocked. "Who it be?" Macy asked saissily. "Someone who can call your father to pick you up." Jughead sighed. Macy whipped open the door and scurried to the bathroom. Jughead felt like he was going to say goodnight and tuck her in, and he wished he was. "Daddy? What did he mean? You led them? You have a tattoo? Initiation?" Juliet asked in a small voice. "I was one, Juliet. I quit after your mom got pregnant with you, and they joined the Goulies, I wanted to be better than my father, who you saw get arrested for the second time." He said, placing his hand on her shoulder. She jerked away and her felt a sharp pang in his heart. "Daddy, where's your tattoo?" "Somewhere where the world will never need to see it."
"Until Auntie Toni visits for Christmas, and she can remove it for free?" Juliet smiled.
"Exactly." He replied hugging her, and it was almost all mended, that old wound that just opened up.
