Hour 7

Bup bu bu bu bup bu bu bu bup bu bu bu. Your heart beat is a weird thing, in romance novels the girl can always hear the boys, or the whole thing beats faster around the ones you love. Blood get pumped through out your lovely dainty bodies. Slowing this process is hurting and pain for the ones body. You can barley even hear the heart beat that belonged to her.

"Ya know something." She stopped and began to cough. Her porcelain skin became decorated with blood.

"What, my fiery one?" He asked brushing away her hair. He took a piece of cloth and wiped the blood off of her.

"I love the way we kiss." She laughed. Her eyes glowed a bit as he began to laugh as well.

For she was Rose and he was Carl, they're romance like nothing seen before. Together they faced the apocalypse, living dead and people together, hand in hand. They made the world stop spinning or soon faster what ever they thought necessary.

Memories flowed through Roselyn's mind as she talked to him one in particular.

"Ok so what you do is pull a song from the hat and sing a line from it the other person guesses the song name ok!" Rose smiled.
Carl nodded and pulled a piece of paper out of his hat. He sang then she did it went on for hours. Until the both began laughing at each other.
"Let's go look outside. I wanna see the stars!" Rose kissed his cheek and stood up.
Her fragile hand was opened for him to grasp. He did as he placed his hat on and smiled. The walk was slow and they swung there hands back and forth, they were outside.
"I love you." She said looking at his face.
Her eyes roamed around every feature of it, how he had a button nose and a healing cut on his left cheek. His beautiful smile she fell in love with it, bring it to him. The way he walked with such confidence, and pride he was amazing. Everything he did made her happy she loved him with as much heart as she could. She kissed him with as much passion as she could. She hugged him with as much warmth as she could.
Carl stopped walking and looked at her the placed his forehead on her. He whispered back I love you too sending chills up and down Roselyn's spine. Her muscles relaxed and she put her hands on his shoulders and he wrapped his around her hips. They kissed each other happily under the sky.
It was beautiful twinkling and dazzling like scattered moondust in the sky. Stars the color of birthstone-blue sequin-silver molten-gold polar-white and solar-yellow, flashing and flickering like their souls were dancing under eternal night. Sparkling and shimmering as their eyes did when they meet, a truly exquisite sight. Gleaming and glittering like a large hand had tossed diamond dust into the sky, like little beacons of hope for all the lost souls of the world.
"Every time I see a shooting star I will think of you Lover Boy." Rose said romantically. She tilted her head and looked at the sky not taking her head off his.
"I will think of you too My Red Rose." He whispered kissing her again.
"Stop that tickles." She laughed.
"Never!" He yelled as he began to kiss her cheek and tickling her.
She fell to the ground and began to cry because of laughter. That night the slept in the fields together.

********************************
Alone they sat on part of the prison no one was in. The spirit of death hid around them, being no where and everywhere. As the angles protected them from him until the last second.

"Dying hurts more than you think, Lover Boy." Rose said.

Carl nodded as Rose rested her head on his lap. His smell comforting her as a drop of her heartfelt emotions leaving and creating a stain on her snow pale skin. Her chest heaved and her bottom lip quivered as she felt the hardness of air coming in and out of her lungs.

"Red, remember the way we promised that we would be each other's shooting star?" Carl asked trembling as he stroked her hair. Rose nodded her head as a response. "I will never stop wishing to be with you when this ends you are beautiful and too good to let go." He finished.

"Can you promise me something? For us?" Her red hair shifted as she looked up at him. She study every last detail of his face as she did.

"Anything." He quickly replied. She smiled and placed her hand on his cheek.

"Don't ever forget what's important. And forever be alive but I need you to leave please. No matter what don't come back ok?" She explained.

"But..."

"Nothing please I can't bear having you with me anymore." She cried.

He nodded and smiled pulling there faces together. On final emotional kiss for the couple before it all ended. It was like everything anyone has ever felt in one single touch together as one they were going to leave each other soon.

Carl got up and left, not really he stood by the door waiting for what was going to happen. As soon as he left Rose shakily unlatched her gun and grasped it tightly with both hands to her head. When people say that they want to die and don't deserve to live, this feels so good. But to someone who was in love and wanted to live and have kids and get married this was the hardest thing ever.

Her pale finger slid on the trigger, as she whispered her last words. I will always love you my shooting star. She let one tear leave her eyes as she carefully pulled the trigger. A crescendo of the sound rang throughout the prison.

Carl ran inside and held his lifeless love, her green eyes paled as her forehead bled. He placed her in his lap pushed her fiery red hair back. He finally kissed her lifeless lips then he let a tear leave his blue eyes. Carl closed her eyes before saying

I will always love you my red Rose.
