In case you can't tell by the title you can shift from human to dragon! It takes a toll on you're body though. Unless you're a small dragon you can only transform like 3 times a day. If you can shift do the same form as Riders but title it Shift Human or Shift Dragon form. Shift Human means you're born dragon. Shift Dragon means you're born human. You don't have to shift if you don't want.
