Zivas POV

Tony: ziva...

Ziva: tony...

We just stared into each others eyes .

Gibbs: good to see you ziva

Ziva: you too Gibbs and McGee

McGee: hi ziva

Abby: I got a match.. ZIVA!!!! Am I dreaming

Ziva: no I am real

She ran as fast as she could in platform and hugged me

Abby: I missed you so much and tony didn't speak to anyone for days wait tony is here

Tony: yes I am and I need to speak to you in the elevator

Ziva: ok?

In the elevator:

Ziva: what's up

Tony: WHAT DO YOU MEAN WHAT'S UP, YOU LEFT FOR YEARS AND NEVER CALLED ME OR WROTE TO ME AND I STILL LOVED YOU EVEN THOUGH YOU BROKE MY HEART

Ziva: I did write to you

Tony: I never got a single one

Ziva: ari...

Tony: I don't think you know

Ziva: what don't I know

Tony: ari killed Kate

Ziva: NOO

Tony: your brother killed my best friend

Ziva: that isn't my fault

Tony: I know but he was your brother I don't think Gibbs trusts you completely

I dropped to the floor and cried. I havnt cried since I left

I felt a pair of arms wrap around me

Ziva: I'm sorry

Tony: don't say your sorry its a sign of weakness

Ziva: Gibbs still has those rules. Some things never change

I decided I had nothing to lose so I kissed him passiontly

Tony: there's still rule 12

Ziva: I don't care anyway rules are made to be broken

I decided we should probably head back as I walked out Gibbs was staring at me

Ziva: what?

Gibbs just looked away

Ziva: I'm not ari you know

Gibbs: I know

Ziva: so why do you not trust me

Gibbs: because you could be a spy and planning to kill another if us

Ziva: no I would never

Gibbs looked to McGee and tony then back to me

Gibbs: we will continue this later

Tony threw a paper ball at my head

He signalled for me to read it so I did it said

Hey ziva
Do you want to come for drinks tonight I think we should catch up

I would love to go for drinks with you

I threw it and it hit him square in the face

We did not have a case so tony took me straight away to get drinks even though I told him I was not dressed appropriately

We were sat at the bar when a brunette girl I recognised walked over

Jeanne: hey tony

She kissed him

Jeanne: oh hey... Ziva!

Ziva: um hey jeanne

Tony: ziva I can explain

Jeanne: no I can me and tony are dating now so just leave

I walked out tears streaming down my face

I went to the only place I could Gibbs house
