tony: so ziva who was your husband?

ziva: dunno I met him. he is American all he did was sign the divorce papers and then left.

MJ came running in her eyes were red and puffy

MJ: ziva!

ziva: yes baby

MJ: Anthony hit me

ziva: awww baby where is he?

MJ: garden

MJ said simply. ziva took the little girls hand and led ziva to the garden

ziva: Anthony!

Anthony: yes mummy

ziva: did you hit MJ

Anthony: yes but she pulled my hair

ziva: MJ...

MJ: because you took my barbies head off

ziva: Anthony apologies! and you will be using all of your pocket money to replace all of MJs dolls.

Anthony: I'm sorry MJ and I will give you all my money

MJ: thanks

she smiled and ziva walked back inside when she heard a terrible cry. tony and tali were behind ziva. tali picked up a crying MJ in her arms and rocked her. Anthony had a doll in one hand and a head in the other

MJ: it's the doll mummy gave to me when I was born it use to be hers.

she sniffed and ziva was livid. Anthony had fear and tears in his eyes as he heard MJ talk about How much sentimental value the doll had. tony didn't know what to do. tali held MJ protectively in her arms and tears in her eyes as MJ talked about EJ, EJ was like a mother or big sister that she adored.

"Anthony how could you" ziva asked in disbelief that her son would do something

"well come on you are going to Gibbs as me and the others go out to McDonald's and the cinema to see how to train your dragon 2" said ziva knowing that Anthony loved McDonald's and had been waiting for ages to see how to change your dragon 2.

"but ima you know how much I wanted that" complained

"and MJ wanted her doll so much" said tony butting in

Anthony scowled at tony

"I want to go home ima" said Anthony

"this is our home" said ziva

"no this is your home my home is in Israel where I was loved and wanted. I hate it here just because you have a bad love life dosent mean I have to be dragged into it. I hate you so much ima" said Anthony then stormed upstairs

ziva started crying

"he's right. I am a terrible mother" said ziva

"no your not" I said stroking her arm. but she pulled away

"before we came here Anthony was good and never got into trouble." I said "but he has never had siblings to get into trouble with" I said kissing her temple. tony and EJ had moved into a house with 5 bedrooms in hope of having more children. so they found Anthony in one of the spare bedrooms he was under the bed crying.

"Anthony come on we have to get you ready for Gibbs house" ziva said

"but Gibbs dosent know who I am" said Anthony

"so we need to introduce him to you" said ziva. half an hour later we were all ready to go. we arrived at Gibbs house 10 minutes after that.

"can I knock!" asked Anthony

"you don't need to knock just go straight in." said tony

"not much has changed in three years has it" said ziva and I shook my head. I felt a little hand in mine and looked down expecting to see MJ but it was Anthony. I smiled at him but he didn't smile back just looked at the ground. we walked to the basement and MJ ran down.

"why hello MJ" said Gibbs hugging her.

"hey tali!" said Gibbs looking up the stairs but he had to do a double take he was not expecting to see ziva and Anthony there

"ziver?" said Gibbs

"hello Gibbs"

"and who's this?" he said pointing to the little boy

"Anthony and I was wondering if you could look after him for today" ziva asked hopefully

"how old are you"

"three" said Anthony nervously

"would you like to help me on my boat?" asked Gibbs

Anthony smiled 'it might not be as bad as I thought it would be' he thought

"bye mummy bye daddy!" said Anthony happily

ziva kissed his head

"love you baby" said ziva

"love you too mummy" Anthony said and then they left.

2 hours later.....

"that was so cool" said MJ walking out of the cinema

"yeah it was!" said tali. ziva and tony just smiled at them. zivas phone began to ring so she answered it and put it on speaker

"Gibbs what do you want what is something wrong with anthony?" said ziva worrying

"it's not to do with Anthony but I need you to come to the office with tony being the kids if you have to" said Gibbs

"is Anthony there?" asked ziva

"yes" said Gibbs.

a few minutes later everyone was at the squad room

"what we got boss?" asked tony

"dead marine. murdered. multiple knife wounds and signs of torture" said Gibbs he put up pictures if the man and Ziva gasped.

"what is it ziva?" asked tony

"this...this man was my husband" she said
