New day, new case

Tali was sat in zivas chair, bored out of her brains. Ziva,tony, McGee and Gibbs were on a case and tali was left alone. Gibbs desk phone started ringing. Tali hoped that whoever it was would just go away but they didn't so tali decided to answer it

Tali: hello this is special agent Gibbs desk

Gibbs: tali?

Tali: yes Gibbs?

Gibbs: I need you to get Abby and Jenny and come down to the hospital

Tali: what happened!

Gibbs: it's ziva I will tell you when you are here

Tali: we will be there as soon as possible

Tali hurried up to Jenny's office

Tali: Is Jenny free?

Tali asked Cynthia

Cynthia: yeah I think so

Tali barged in

Jenny: well good morning tali

Tali: can you take me and Abby to the hospital

Jenny: why tali?

Tali: it's ziva, Gibbs won't tell me anything else

Jenny picked up her phone

Jenny: miss scuito?....Yes.... Come up to the squad room...... Zivas in hospital.

Moments later Abby appeared and they headed to the hospital. The whole way there was silent

Tali walked straight up to the front desk

Tali: where is my sister!

She demanded answers

Desk person: name?

Tali: ziva David

Desk person: ziva David is still in surgery

Tali slammed her fists onto the desk

Tali: not good enough

She was about to grab the now terrified front desk woman but was stopped by a pair of strong arms

Tali:Gibbs..

She was now crying

Gibbs led her into the waiting room where she was met by 2 other pair of eyes

Tali: McGee,tony what happened?

Tali sat down in Gibbs lap

Tony: ziva got shot because of me

Tali: what do you mean? What did you do?

Tony: I didn't see the man with the gun and she jumped infront of me and got shot. She saved me tali. Ziva saved me

Tali: is she going to live?

Tony: I will be honest with you tal the doctors don't know

Tali calapsed into Gibbs arms and he rocked her. For a fourteen year old she was rather small she couldn't be more then 5 foot 2 and was still in children's clothes

Tony had blood shot eyes and McGee had Abby in his lap. Tali had cried herself to sleep so Gibbs passed her to tony so he could talk to Jenny

Tali stirred but quickly made herself comfy

Gibbs: Jenny...

Gibbs whispered

She still had not spoke. Ziva was no is like a daughter to her
