sorry guys but i have lost inspiration for this story, I will make it come to an end soon so just be warned, if I had more ideas I would continue but I don't so sorry!

*ring*ring*
Ziva's phone was ringing.
"Hello, Agent David?" she said into the line
"Mommy!" A small voice called
"Anthony! where are you? are you okay?" said Zuva frantically
"you sound worse than Abby and yeah but I don't know where I am. I ran away when Jenny and Gibbs told me off" the little boy said.
"McGee! trace my incoming call!" she shouts
"it's coming from.... A park? a few blocks from here it looks pretty big I will try and narrow it down, you guys go to the park and I'll narrow it down then you call me." said McGee and all nodded.
"Jenny you're with me, Ziva, DiNozzo stay together" said Gibbs
they sped off in direction of the park with Ziva driving faster then usual.

"Ziva! slow down you're going to kill us!" Tony shouts whilst Ziva narrowly misses a oncoming car.

"Don't you even dare to tell me to slow down, I'm not in the mood" she stated her knuckles turning white.

she suddenly slams on the breaks which sends Tony flying forward and she jumps out the car flipping her phone.

"McGee have you narrowed it down?" she asks with water dripping down her face

"yeah, it's not far from where you are actually, look forward you see anything?" he asks.

"no nothing. It's all black." ziva said freaking out

"okay walk forward a little." McGee says and they begin to take big steps before walking into a small boy.

"Anthony!" Ziva called but he was out cold.

"Tony!" she shouts and he rushes over with both Jenny and Gibbs on his tail. The little boy lay limp in Zivas arms, his face was white and his lips were blue. The little boys hair stuck to his face and his coat was soaked through. For this little boy has froze to death...

DUN DUN DUN.... so what do you think? only joking! it's not finished yet!

Duckys Autopsy.............

Ducky was about to cut open the boys body when suddenly he coughed? he was alive? but Ziva pronounced him dead at the scene?

"what have you got duck?" Gibbs asked walking in and his face down.

"have you ever heard the saying, they aren't dead until they're warm and dead?" asked ducky

"no, anyway tell me what you have." Gibbs said becoming agitated

"Gibbs listen to what I'm saying! Anthony isn't dead!" ducky said as he moved to reveal a conscious Anthony looking on at the conversation.

"can someone get me some clothes?" Anthony croaked breaking the silence.

ducky brought some out and then lifted him from the table.

"Anthony!" Gibbs shouted and lifted him into his arms

"I'm so sorry for not listening to you! you know I love you and MJ equally but she was crying and you seemed fine so I just automatically assumed I'm so so sorry I don't think I can make it up to you" Gibbs whispered to the boy

"can I go see mommy?" he asked.

"as long as you keep warm I'm sure she will want to see you" said ducky and Anthony raced to the elevator with Gibbs following with a smirk.

as they entered the bullpen everything was silent. Ziva was in Tonys arms crying silently as did Tony and McGee had his head in his lap.

"mommy!" Anthony called and Zivas head snapped up

"Anthony! am I dreaming?" she asks

"no I'm perfectly real!" he shouts and Ziva lifts him into her arms tightly

"oh baby never do that to me! when I couldn't feel a pulse a part of me wanted to die. I love you, you're my everything." said Ziva crying into Anthony.

"Anthony" Tony said

"yes dad?" he said looking to the floor as Ziva detached from Anthony feeling this was Tonys turn.

"never ever do that again to me son" Tony says as he hugs Anthony as tightly as possible.

"I love you Anthony, the same as I love MJ and Thali. I'm sorry I've neglected you! I won't let it happen again!" he said

"I love you too dad" Anthony said as he hugged back.

"Anthony!!!!!!!!!" MJ screeched running up to him as her blonde hair bounced behind.

"I missed you so much!" she says and hugs him

"I missed you to MJ" he says back.

"mom? I thought you said he was dead?" a familiar voice said behind us.

"Thali!" Anthony shouted

"he was but then ducky was going to perform an autopsy and he's alive! I'm sorry I called you from your holiday, I'll pay for you to return if you like" Ziva said

"no I wanted to come home, family is where I belong" she says.

and she was right because Family is where everyone belongs and everyone has a family even if they fall out sometimes they never stop loving each other. Sometimes family life can be hard but you stick through it together. So this year at Christmas spend time with family instead of on your phones and technology because even if you want it, family will not last forever.
