Bad Manager Pt. 2

Soogi hummed softly as she listened to KNK's Knock while sitting on Jungkook's bed and watching him and V play Overwatch. Due to her not eating and spending more and more time practicing, Soogi's manager had thankfully been relatively quiet for the past month.

She smiled when Jungkook jumped up from the floor and cheered with victory. She removed her earbuds to hear Jungkook and V 'arguing' over who really won.

"Noona, you saw that I won, right?" Jungkook looked at her, tilting his head slightly.

"I wasn't paying attention, sorry." Soogi chuckled when they began to play again,) the occasional yelling between the two causing her to go back to listening to KNK. (Y'all should stan KNK)

She eventually left, slowly limping down the hallway. Yes, limping. At one point when she messed up the choreography for Fire for the 1000th time, her manager had gotten a bit physical. After that, there were small bruises along Soogi's side and a small cut on her cheek.

Soogi, being the queen of making up excuses, told the boys that the cut was just from her tripping and that it was nothing to worry about. At the time, everyone was tired from practicing so they didn't question it any further. Now, with Soogi being Soogi, she locked herself up in her room whenever she could.

She ate once a day, practiced for as long as she could, the minimum hours of practicing being around 4 or 5. Soogi's days had now consisted of eating once in unreasonably small proportions, practicing for a minimum of 4 hours, using whatever free time she had to either write lyrics or sleep, and make never-ending excuses for the bruises and cuts on her body.

Now, being back in the practice room with her manager screaming at her in the background to "try-harder" and to "stop fucking around", Soogi was once again practicing the choreography for Fire. Soogi cried out in pain and fell to the ground when she felt a sharp pain in her side. She looked at the object that had been thrown and bit her lip.

A knife. Her manager had thrown a knife. She heard the door slam shut, indicating that the BITCH had left. Soogi managed to stand up and clean the blood on the floor and dispose of the knife. She lifted her shirt, relieved to see that the cut was quite small. She wrapped bandages around her waist and put on a hoodie to hide the blood stains on her white shirt.

She left the practice room and as soon as she got back to the dorms, she went to the bathroom to clean the cut and put new bandages over it. She sighed and went to her room, changing into a black shirt and sweatpants. She lied down on her bed and with much difficulty, fell asleep.

The next morning was thankfully their day off. Soogi rolled around in bed for most of the day before Jin forced her to finally leave her room at about 6:00 in the afternoon(Actually what I did yesterday, I was in bed until 6 pm). SHe sat on the couch, watching Hwarang with Taehyung and Jungkook being annoying in the background.

After watching every episode of the series, Soogi sighed and lied down, putting her head in Jin's lap(he teleported there after ep. 18). He looked at her for a second before turning his attention back to his phone. Soogi yawned and before long, fell asleep.

About an hour later, she woke up to the sound that was most likely Yoongi chasing someone. Based off the screams of terror, it was Mingyu(A SEVENTEEN member that I decided to drag into this so I could make a joke). Oh well, he used to be 6 ft. Tall and now he's 6 ft. Under.

Soogi sat up and went to the bathroom, changing the bandages for the cut on her side and going to her room, falling asleep once again after rolling around, tying to find a comfortable position to sleep in.

That's how it basically was for a few weeks until the cut went away. The manager had been fired after he was seen at about 3 am drunk and with a prostitute.

Evenafter months of her manager's poor treatment towards her, Soogi still toldnobody about it. Weeks after he was fired, not a word.
