~Lucy's POV~

"I usually hate Sundays, but I just realized," I paused. "I don't have to go back to school!"

"Yet," Natsu added.

"Don't be so negative," I elbowed him in the ribs.

He ignored me, bending down to pet Plue. "Hey, what do you wanna do, anyway?" I asked.

For some reason the guy was actually acting calm for once. It was kind of disorienting. "I actually had something planned."

"What is it?" I asked immediately.

"Surprise."

"No," I groaned. "Just tell me already."

"No."

"Okay, fine. At least tell me when it's happening and what I should wear."

"He glanced at his phone, "Probably around eight or nine," he started. "I suggest you wear something casual and very warm."

"Oh, so it's outside," I mused. "But it's at nine?" I pondered. "What is there to do at nine?"

"Stop thinking about it, just go with it."

"Fine. But what'd you wanna do until nine?" I looked at my clock. "It's only four."

Three and a half hours of games, snacks, and playing with Natsu's overactive cat later, Natsu finally told me to go get dressed.

I pulled on a pair of leggings and also managed to get some under-armor over my head, pulling a long sleeved sweater and a thick brown jacket over it. I tied a pink scarf around my neck and put earmuffs over my head. Now completely bundled up and as warm as possible, I put on the fluffiest socks I had and ran to the door, pulling on even fluffier boots on the way.

I'm ready!" I shouted.

My mouth dropped at Natsu. I don't know why, but for some reason, he pulled off a sweatshirt really well. "Why, thank you," he said sarcastically, bowing dramatically. He had his white scarf tied around his neck loosely along with a pair of thick red gloves. He had a red beanie over his crazy hair. He was also wearing loose jeans that were not—thank God—hanging low enough so I could see something I didn't want to see.

Boys, you should follow this guy's example, because anyone who thinks wearing your pants low enough for the world to see your everything is cool or attractive, is an idiot. No offense, but my opinions don't change.

"Um," Natsu started, unsurely. "Well, ok." He grabbed my hand. "Let's go!" He started running and I fought to keep up.

"Hey, Natsu," I said between pants. "Why didn't we just take a car."

He shrugged. "Well," he started. "I get really bad motion sickness and I don't think either of us have a car."

"A bus?"

"I don't think busses take people where we're going."

"Where are we going, anyway?"

"You'll see!" He looked back at me and did the cutest smile. I didn't know what to think. On one hand he looked adorable and innocent, but at the same time, my brain kept screaming at me that he was extremely hot. I covered my mouth. Where did that one come from?

Natsu's eyes went wide and he turned quickly, but I caught the flush of red before he did.

Next thing I knew we were up a hill and finally sitting down right on the top of it. We had missed the sunset and I was a little disappointed, but Natsu didn't seem bothered.
