Old Friends, New Times

I was too busy trying to keep my eyes open to notice that Sean just exited the bathroom, holding a shirt. Sean was looking back and forth determining which way was the living room and which way was the bedrooms. He finally made a choice, focusing on one way which was correctly the way to the living room so he headed down that way, stopping in front of a snoozing Y/n. I was too tired to even realize he was standing in front of me.

Dusk noticed Sean was there so he lifted his head up and tilted it, curious. Sean smiled at the adorable thing that was before him and slowly lifted his hand to Dusk's fur to stroke him. Dusk on the other hand, didn't like the idea so he bared his teeth at Sean as a warning. The problem was that Sean apparently didn't take the hint to back off.

"Awwwww. Look at that smile. That's so cute.", Sean murmured sweetly to Dusk. As the hand of Sean got closer to Dusk, the wider Dusk's mouth grew, revealing more fangs. Once Sean's hand finally touched Dusk, Dusk let out a yelp and snapped at Sean, growling. Sean jumped back. I lifted my head to Dusk's growling. I grabbed Dusk and once he felt my hands on him he knew to shut-up. I sat him on my lap and stroked him calming him down. I looked up to see what caused this to just to see shirtless, green-dyed hair Irishman standing before me. My face turned red.

Sean noticed and crossed his arms, smirking. "After all the years we knew each other you never seemed to mind a thirteen year-old boy wander shirtless around your house during the Summer."

I laughed nervously. "Well I'm pretty sure the year 1996 has a complete difference from 2018. Don't you agree?"

Sean chuckled and raised his eyebrow. "Well, you sure do have a point there......(Insert triggering nickname)."

Ooooooo, he did not just say that! Oh, your so dead! I clenched my teeth. He knew how much I hated the name but, he used it anyway in Highschool whenever I did something stupid or if I get irritated and ignore him. He was like a brother so what do you expect. "McLoughlin!!!!", I screamed. Dusk flinched.

Sean laughed, remembering me yelling that exact last name of his every time he irritates me. "Well you haven't changed a bit."

"Neither have you!", I laughed.

Sean smiled and sat down next to me. "By the way, you were a little off on the estimation of the size of Mark's shirt". Sean stood up and slipped on Mark's shirt. I snorted. Mark's shirt was literally hanging off of Jack; the sleeves were really over sized and droopy.

"Okay, okay. I'll go grab you a new shirt." , I said with laughter in my voice while getting up. Sean sat back down and tried creeping up on Dusk. "I thought you learned your lesson about messing with Dusk already."

"But he's so cute and innocent!!!", Sean whined, getting closer to Dusk.

"Innocent?! I don't think so after witnessing this little monster tear up all my clothes, furniture, trash including the trash can, Mark's car seats, Mark's shoes, Mark's cords, Mark's chair, Mark's poor computer mouse, all of Chica's toys and Amy's makeup when she was staying the night here. I can keep going on and on and on."

"Poor Mark", Sean laughed. He turned his attention back towards Dusk who was sitting on the other end of the couch giving Sean death glares. "Awwww. Your so cwute. Yes, yes you are.", Sean baby talked Dusk while leaning closing towards him on the couch

I rolled my eyes and went into my room, opened a closet where one of my dressers sat and dug through my drawers until I finally came across one of my over sized shirts. I grabbed it.

"Aw. The baby needs a hug. Come ere". After that came a growl and a screech from Sean. It sounded a bit off....

"Oh..shit. He never listens!". I quickly closed the drawer, got up off the floor and bolted out of my room, my hand clinging onto the shirt. I arrived in the living room to see Sean wincing while holding onto his left arm, examining it. "God dammit, Sean!". I threw the shirt at his head and grabbed his arm, sitting down next to him.
