I need air, I need to know how it feels to walk in my world again, earth. I miss my mom, Archie and my home I picked up the book of spells I had borrowed more like stole from Mrs Evie's library.
"Okay, here it goes...." I concentrate on what I want to happen and then it lights me up, I feel like I'm lifted from the ground, I smile knowing I'll be back home any moment from now but someone's holding me... And then Bam!, I'm on the floor.
"What the-" I look up to see Darklocks and my frenemy Brianna staring at me.
"She's okay" Brianna grins
"What are you both doing here?!" I yell
"Stopping you from doing something stupid but now... You've done it" Darklocks says dryly
"Where are we spellcaster?" I stand up and look outside "Amore?"
"What the heck is that?" Brianna points at a camera.
"A camera genius"
"Guys!, where have you been the photoshoot can't happen without you"A girl appears out of nowhere " You can't be like this "She stutters, Darklocks looks nervous and I... I'm confused "You two should come with me" Two?, I look around and I can't find Brianna.
"Okay, you mistook us for some girls, I'm Darklocks and where am I?"
"I'm Abbey"She smiles at me " Come on let's go "
Abbey
The first thing I see when I enter the changing room are three girls obviously the ones who can save my internship except the one who calls herself Darklocks she's too Gothic?, weird?.
"So you're putting this on" I give the onyx haired girl shorts and a huge top "And you... You're exploring your dark side" I gave her a croptop and shorts too.
"I can't wear this" She says
"Why?"
"It's short especially the shirt"
"It's a crop top, you should know about this, aren't you a girl?"
"No I'm an apple, now can you change this.... Why did I even agree to this... I have dimen-" She suddenly shuts it and wears the clothes.
"Okay girls, let's do this for me and for you"
"Sure" Onyx says, she reminds me of one of my friends Hillary except she doesn't have the nerd squad persona. I was so sure I saw three girls but now.... I'm so confused and why the heck did I see a bat flying outside something's wrong.
Darklocks
I need a break, I'm insecure, I don't like what I'm wearing what I'm doing... It's not up to an hour yet I miss the academy. I'm sick of seeing this blonde girl telling me what to wear, we're moving and I'm just a big ball of nervousness.
The girl talks to the cameraman and tells us where to stay for the time being .... I'm counting my heart best.

Then I'm counting to two hundred then Micky pops out of that place happily giving me the 'it's okay' look.
"Okay Darky, give me your cutest pose"
"Cutest?" I want to yell Darklocks and cute don't go well together .... They don't!.
"Sure" I place my hand behind and smile, he's still staring at me.
"Are you okay?" I ask
"Yeah, Darklocks can you not be stiff?"
"This is the cutest I can go" I say nervously "I don't know how to do this" I adjust the top that seems to be shrinking.
"Let go Darky, let go" He replies plainly. We do it again, again and again but no I, Darklocks can't stop being a robot. I am me, the stiff me.
In the Academy
"Students we are here to inform you that your fellow friends have been declared missing" It was serious, fascinating in fact for students to go missing there was no way, you would at least smell magic of some sort. The good or the bad or the ugly. In labyrinth held a Prince of the Phoenix. No one knew of this place except the girl that went missing and the other who knew but didn't bother coming down here but now....
"Where are they?" Adal asked with Cassie by his side.
"How do you expect me to know?" The prince said calmly. In the shadows lies another the boy with a lion's heart "For starters, she is your girlfriend"
"Was" Yes, he didn't, couldn't lie, a Prince can't be involved with a commoner, Ace sighed deeply and looked up at them.
"Darklocks is missing, Brianna too, and Michelle" Cassie says as if she's whispering it, the thing is... This is his castle, the eavesdroppers are near, he doesn't trust them and nobody trusted him since the day he entered the academy.
"What do you want me to do?"
"Let's look for them..." Leo says
"Where?"
"When was the last time you saw her Ace?" The interrogation continues a Prince's temper can be dangerous.
"A month ago"
"Then that's where we start"
"Ace are you in?"
"Always" The things that made him a Prince disappear, he's now Ace, the boy that the commoner was all about but couldn't have, the rules to their kingdom forbidden them from being with each other, the one who almost killed her, her lost love.
And so they began with Adal and Cassie staying back to prevent suspicions, they created illusions of the Prince and Leo just like Darklocks apples coated in red and their journey began.
