Christine walked to Paris not knowing what to do. She had no plan no money and no help. She kept the hood over her face as people passed by. As she was passing one of the stores she looked into one of their mirrors. Her face was completely different then it was. The only thing that she thought still resembled her former self was her blue eyes. The entire right side of her face was burned. She hated the way it looked and felt. She started to cry at the sight of what her horrible step mother did to her. She quickly put the hood back over her face a kept walking into town. As she was walking she felt someone run into her and She fell to the ground.
"I'm so sorry Madam are you alright."
She looked up at the man standing over her. He was tall had black hair and he was carrying a violin case, but the most curious this was he was wearing a white mask on his face. Christine hid her face before he could see.
"Yes I'm alright."
The man helped her up and then the wind blew off her hood. Christine tried to cover her face but it was to late he had already saw the burnt side of Christine's face.
"How did this happen?"
"My step mother pored hot wax on my face after I yelled at her."
"I'm so sorry. When did this happen?"
"About two hours ago."
"Do you have a place to stay?"
"No I just ran away from that awful home."
"If you would like you can stay with me. Plus I know a few things about hiding a face."
"Thank you."
Christine pulled the hood over her head and walked with the man.
