Both Tuesday and Wednesday went well. On Tuesday, I had invited my old friends from the previous 10th standard.
They studied with me for two years. Starting from the right to left, there's SRC, T in the back, then SD, R, and that's me. I was the only one to look at the lens lol. T and R arrived together first, and R had delayed T by an hour and a half. Later I got to know that he was facing loads of traffic on the road. Boi could just get out of his house earlier. Anyway we settled down, and I started showing off my music system lol. I loved the sound that the JBL speakers emitted. I played Fallen Angel by Three Days Grace, and T immediately fell in love with that song. He sometimes acts like a douche, but he is one of my best friends. Then he and R scrambled to connect their phones to my sound system, and failed lol. I prepared a secondary speaker system which my dad used (F&D) and that could connect to the phones. R's too much of an EDM fanboi, but I liked some of the songs he played. T once loved metal, but I never knew what happened to that after he shifted schools. He still likes rock, and I admire that. I was simultaneously grilling the pork in the oven too. Well, at least set it out, because the oven did the rest hehe.
The girls said they'd come in the afternoon after a tuition class, but they came late even after that. Plus they kept their phones silent, and I was pissed off because of that. Same went for T lol. We chatted for a bit, then went to have lunch. Maa had cooked pulao (flavoured rice) with a chicken curry. I had cooked pork for the first time, so T advised me to cut off as much fat as I could. And I took a hell lot of time. Finally it was prepared. Everybody liked the food. T loved the pork, and Sw and R had also tasted it. Only SD hadn't, and she never ate red meat.
T had brought vanilla ice cream and a coke. He then prepared what he called a 'float'. It was basically an ice cream in a glass with coke in it. It frothed wildly, and looked like beer lol. It tasted great. Even Maa liked it. My friends again started scrambling for the sound system, and I kept switching it off when the girls tried to plug it into their phones. After some more chatting, music, and SD, T, SRC blabbing about F.R.I.E.N.D.S, R and SRC left for College Street to get some books for our when our school would reopen and the new session would begin. I was kind of missing the atmosphere, but days go by fast if you're not noticing. T and S left later, late in the evening. T told me to come to his house the next day, and I was all the more ready.
Wednesday morning, I called up SD and travelled with her to T's house. Again, that was also far away, but not that far compared to S's abode. Lol.
After reaching his house, we snacked on kebabs with mint chutney. They were awesome. SD and T talked about studies (I usually ignore those discussions) and transferred the many series stored on his computer to my hard disk. They were all forcing me to watch FRIENDS (I'm too lazy to put each and every dot there) so I took that and some other series. T had cooked fish and paneer, and that was delicious. After that, we played some card games. T was an expert. And SD and me had just began our first games in our lives. Still, SD managed to defeat T in the first round. I got the third position :(
After that we played two more varieties of cards. Before we left, T took us for a neighbourhood walk. He planned to buy some ice creams of Baskin & Robbins, and didn't find the flavour he was looking for. Blueberry. Finally we all settled for a chocolate flavour, but it was delicious as well. I returned with SD back home, and she then walked a bit from my home's nearest bus stop. Her house was only a few blocks away from mine.
Today I made some chips bags in Maya.
I had also made a clock on Tuesday when T and SD were there, and I had completed it the next day. Here it is.Didn't do much today more than that. Updated myself with some GOT. Listened to some All That Remains. \m/
