The sunlight shone through the small crack in the curtains, waking Fletch. He yawned and smiled down at the red haired women who was now laying practically on top of him. Jac's face was pressed against Fletch's neck, her right leg thrown over the top of his, and her arm resting gently across his stomach. He felt warm and relaxed. Fletch felt at home with Jac. For a minute he just admired how beautiful Jac looked, her hair in a messy bun and one of His jumpers absolutely drowning her, she wasn't the cold hearted bitch, she was peaceful and relaxed. She even had a small smile playing on her lips as she slept, Fletch thought this was adorable, he couldn't tear his eye away from her.
Jac started to stir, her eyes opened for a second, she snuggled closer to Fletch, and closed them again.
'Morning sleepy head.' Fletch whispered, a smirk playing on his lips.
'Shhhh' Jac murmured as she place a finger on Fletch's lips. Jac shifted, she was now completely laying on top of Fletch, however, he didn't mind in the slightest. Fletch stroked Jac's hair, feeling her smile against his neck. It wasn't long until Jac fell back into a deep sleep.
'Is Emma here?' Said an excited voice, waking Jac. She smiled, Emma and Theo were best friends.
'No, Emma is at her daddy's house.' Fletch answered in a soft tone.
'Why is Jac here then?' Theo was clearly confused as to why Jac was in his house.
'Because she needed to tell me something, so she came to see me.' Fletch answered with the same soft tone, trying his best to get Theo to understand.
'Is Jac your girlfriend now daddy?' Theo asked in a innocent voice.
Jac laughed against Fletch's neck.
'Sorry I didn't mean to wake you.' Fletch spoke apologetically.
'You didn't.'
'Jac, are you daddy's girlfriend?' Theo asked again.
'I don't know Theo.' Jac lifted her head from Fletch and looked him in the eye. 'Is Jac daddy's girlfriend now?' She asked him being deadly serious.
'I..' Fletch was speechless, he didn't know what to say, he obviously wanted to say yes. To scream yes, but he couldn't seem to form the word.
'Daddy!' Theo shouted, getting impatient as he waited for an answer. 'Is Jac your girlfriend?'
'Well urm..' Fletch stuttered, unsure of what to say.
'Yes' Jac said after moments of silence. Theo squealed with a big smile on his face.
'Cool, Emma's my girlfriend!' Theo said enthusiastically. Jac's eyes widened, making Fletch laugh.
'Is she now.' Jac responded, her voice soft towards Theo, but she didn't like the idea of Emma having a boyfriend.
'Anyway, shall we watch peppa pig?' Fletch injected, he found the whole situation quite funny.
'Yeah, I love peppa pig!' Theo said, indicated to Jac.
'Me too.' Jac said in a soft tone
Jac stood so Fletch could get up, she then sat back down with Theo, letting him curl into her side as she turned on the tv and they watched Peppa Pig together.
'Tea?' Fletch asked.
'Please.' Jac smiled.
Fletch stood in the door way for a couple of minutes just admiring Jac. Her cold, icy persona had completely faded, he realised how much he truly loved her and how much he wanted her in his and his children's lives.
