We told the cops and got Shayne to the hospital for his wounds. I was just spending time Shayne and cuddling with him in the hospital bed. I loved him so much, it was just amazing. He just felt so warm with my arms wrapped around him. Shayne was so much better than Axel. After his time in the hospital was over. He came back to school. Since my theater was overfilled and Shaynes was three seats empty since the bullies are gone. They moved Boze, Mari, And me to his class. When we first got into the class Shayne looked at me and raised his eyebrows. I just chuckled. The teacher walked in with a bunch of papers. Everyone sighed as we all thought that was work for us to do. Until the teacher started speaking
"Alright class you might be all thinking 'why do I have to do this much work' but it's not work everyone gets a paper and if you look at the front we're doing a school play. And the play is beauty and the beast"
Me and Shayne just looked at each other with this really excited look like this was going to be our first play. After school Boze, Me, Shayne, Mari, and Courtney all went to Courtney's place to practice. I wanted the role of Gaston. The brute in town who would do anything to get Belle as his wife. Shayne wanted to be the beast this misunderstood prince who was turned into a monster and placed under a curse. Courtney wanted to be Belle the odd one in town who loves books and says that she should be held captive not her father, then accidentally falls in love with the beast. Mari just wanted to be townsfolk the ordinary people who don't like Belle because she's different and goes out to kill the beast. Boze wanted to be the teapot, one of the people placed under the curse and turned into a inanimate object. We went through the songs starting with the first one, we realized that Courtney is actually a really good singer. It was impressive just to hear her sing the first notes. We practiced doing a few songs and practicing some scenes. I thought I would do good as Gaston. I was so determined to marry Belle and I thought I really showed it in the few scenes we did. Now we just have to get ready for the audition.
